A perfect stay from start to finish! The apartment is conveniently located, with a very convenient parking space: once the car is installed, everything is done on foot. The view is breathtaking, you can't get enough of it, day or night! The place is perfect for relaxing for a weekend or longer. The host is super responsive, very pleasant and really concerned about our well-being. He shared lots of good places with us, especially to eat well and enjoy the stay. An experience that we will repeat without hesitation. I go back there without a second thought! Thank you.

We arrived at Sandra’s place to find a beautifully decorated apartment, so welcoming and peaceful. Everything we might have needed and more was available to us and so thoughtful. Communication was excellent throughout our stay. This is perfect place to use as a base to discover and explore all the surrounding sights and villages. Beautiful apartment, clean and spacious with large outside terrace. Comfortable with everything you need. Good location with many lovely beaches. Loco velo good for bike hire - great to ride along side the beaches. Plenty of places to eat nearby with the usual types of menu. Enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment has been great!

Very nice little apartment on the 3rd floor, beautiful sea view, an independent bedroom +beds on the mezzanine, well equipped and clean. Proactive hosts provide all check-in and check-out instructions. great!

We spent a week at the end of May in the house. Everything is beautifully renovated, pleasant to live in and very quiet in front of a tree-lined garden (no opposite). The house is comfortable with a fully-equipped kitchen. There are also 3 restaurants in Peyriac and a bakery right next door. Parking in the village is limited to residents and you have to ask Robert for a "visitor" badge.

Studio rented for 2 nights and chosen for its location, I was not disappointed. Ideally located, in the heart of a shopping street, many bars/restaurants/ice cream parlors in the immediate vicinity, beach within walking distance. The studio was very clean, well arranged. Favorite for the very clean and modern kitchenette. Small terrace very pleasant despite the view of the shopping street and I enjoyed the roller shutter that allows you to protect yourself from the opposite side and the heat. Communication with the hosts was perfect because you receive a first message as soon as the booking is made, then the day before your arrival all the instructions to collect the keys and access the accommodation are sent to you in a very detailed way. I would recommend it in a second.

Francine is super caring, attentive and the apartment is really nice, modern, 100 M from the beach and with free parking... Go for it, yes, no hesitation, yes ❤️

An idyllic stay by the sea! We had a great time at Philippe's apartment ideally located on the seafront. The daily market, right at the foot of the accommodation, offers a nice selection of fresh local products: a real pleasure to cook or just feast. Many shops are also within walking distance, making everyday life very convenient. The beach is superb and perfect for long walks . The apartment is comfortable and well equipped , a real little corner of heaven for a relaxing holiday.

We had a great time, ideal apartment for 2 couples, very nice services, duplex with beautiful volumes, very bright. Beautiful terrace. If we return to gruissan, we will not hesitate to return to your apartment.

A big thank you to Christel for her well-located, clean, quiet, very functional apartment, 2 steps from the beach. The surrounding landscape is just beautiful. We did not suffer from the heat thanks to the air conditioning. We also thank you for the sweet treats from Sète that made us happy. This week will remain a great holiday memory for us. We had a wonderful stay. Catherine and her husband were lovely. I told her that we had an early flight but there was no rush to get the apartment ready before the stated check in time however, they rang us to say that it was ready well before. The apartment is in the perfect location right on the beach with a huge balcony that gets the hot morning sun, perfect for some private sunbathing and you can even sit and watch the kids playing on the beach from it! We had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable. The beach was quiet on week days and busier on the weekend. We loved having the pool which was always clean and has a shallow end for the kids. There are restaurants just down the road with friendly staff and you can walk up the beach to the main town and harbour or take the bus from right outside the apartment. All in all we loved our stay and would definitely stay at Catherine's again!

Conveniently located apartment with full views of the harbor in the setting sun with a terrace large enough for 4. Shops nearby, beaches and dock centers a few meters away. Over-equipped kitchen, comfortable appliances to have a good stay. Comfortable bedding, bathroom and shower with beautiful space. a lot of storage for 4 people. Finally, a very welcoming host, good advice and helpful. Go there without a second thought for a good advice, guaranteed time.

I booked this apartment for my 80-year-old parents. Everything was perfect, the welcome and good humor of Myriam, the magnificent view from the large terrace, the nearby beach, the swimming pool, the walks either by the sea or in the center of Sète just 20 minutes' walk away and the shops of the corniche 5 minutes away. Good quiet place to explore the area. Cities like Narbonne and Beziers nearby, beautiful hiking locations and varied beaches; from busy tourist beaches to beaches that you almost have to yourself. Apartment well equipped with necessities. A friendly landlord who is proud of his location. The street was a bit messy due to sewer or other similar work, so we had to search for a while at first. Parking is not possible directly at the apartment, but in a public parking lot, a few streets away. Delicious bakery on the square 100 meters walk

We was four with my kid and my dog. The host is very communicative. Very good instructions. Their apartment is very clean. Very close to the beach and wow that place it’s amazing. It is a very big beach very natural, not too many surroundings. You can easily play with the kids and the dog near to the seaside in total silence without a lot of people around.. Aamazing sunrises and amazing sunsets. I am highly recommended this place considering to its location and considering it’s very nice host.
