Super séjour en famille chez lamiae, le gîte apporte tout le confort nécessaire il est situé dans un endroit très calme et reposant. Lamiae a été une hôtesse très agréable, disponible et flexible. Nous recommandons vivement son logement pour les personnes qui souhaitent couper de l’intensité de la ville quelques jours pour se retrouver dans le calme et la nature.

Un séjour tout simplement inoubliable en famille dans ce magnifique Riad au cœur de Fès. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été charmés par la beauté des lieux, mêlant authenticité marocaine et raffinement. Le Riad est un véritable havre de paix, décoré avec goût et chargé de cette magie unique que seule la médina de Fès peut offrir. Abdelali et toute son équipe ont été aux petits soins du début à la fin. Leur hospitalité sincère, leur disponibilité et leur attention à chaque détail nous ont fait sentir comme chez nous. On ressent immédiatement que ce Riad a été pensé avec passion : chaque recoin respire l’amour du travail bien fait, et l’âme d’Abdelali y est présente à chaque instant. La terrasse offre une vue imprenable sur la médina de Fès un panorama à couper le souffle, surtout au lever du soleil. Le jacuzzi sur le toit a fait le bonheur des enfants, qui y ont passé des moments de joie et de détente pendant que nous profitions de la sérénité du lieu. Tout y est parfait !

A great villa located in the countryside of Fez. Very spacious with a pool. Gatekeeper was very welcoming, helpful and hospitable making us feel very welcome. Would definitely recommend for family and friends.

La maison est identique au photos le cadre est exceptionnel très reposant. Driss est très discret et disponible à tout moment c’est un vrai plus. Merci pour votre professionnalisme nous reviendrons avec grand grand plaisir ! À bientôt.

I didn’t want to leave Suzanna’s place! This is the only way to visit Fez — staying in an authentic riad. The beauty really can’t be quantified in photos or in a review. It was perfect. A couple of points: 1) Another review mentioned stairs being steep but I did not find this to be true. There are stairs, like in any riad, but they weren’t as numerous or as steep as most other places in Morocco, in my opinion. 2) This is not “hotel perfect” — and you wouldn’t want it to be. The home breathes history… things like worn tiles are the quirks that convey its long rich life. It is a privilege to stay in a place like this. 3) If offered, get the breakfast! It was really nice to have that. I’d stay a thousand more times. Don’t hesitate!

Très belle villa, bien équipée, à recommander dans cette région.

Le Dar est très beau mais mériterait plus d'entretien (plomberie,arrosage des plantes...). C'est dommage car c'est un endroit magnifique. La rue était bruyante. Nous avons quand même beaucoup aimé notre séjour et bien profité de la vue sur la terrasse. Nous aimerions revenir quand le lieu sera mieux entretenu. Merci à Elmekki qui gère le lieu et a toujours était disponible pour régler les problèmes du quotidien.

We hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad. De ligging van de Dar was fantastisch en goed bereikbaar. Omringd door vele winkeltjes. Marokkaanse mensen zijn zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Bedankt Yassine voor het ontbijt dat je elke dag voor ons maakte. De communicatie met Pim en Yassine was uitstekend. We hebben ook genoten van het dakterras met het prachtige uitzicht. Beautiful Riad in a great location within the Medina. It is right in the middle of the Medina, yet quiet. Great way to experience Fes. Khalid met us near where we parked our car and guided us to the riad. We really enjoyed the terrace. The wifi worked great. The kitchen was clean and well-equipped.

I had a wonderful stay! A special thank you to Hamza and Houssam, they were incredibly kind, gentle, flexible, and welcoming. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The place was just as described: clean, comfortable, and very well-equipped. They even provided us with free coffee, tea, and many other thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. I truly appreciated their hospitality and would definitely recommend staying here.

The rooftop is especially nice (even in the rain we had on our visit). We really enjoyed exploring the souks and local restaurants. Was a brilliant place for us as a family with young kids.

The house is in an excellent location to explore the nearby medina. It is a traditional house on four floors including the terrace with a wonderful view on the Medina. We have been warmlumy welcomed with mint tea by Manal who gave us all of the necessary information. Thank you!

It was a great stay, Hamza was very flexible and welcoming. The house is in a nice location, very close to one of the main streets, and easy to get back to. WiFi was fast. I was working remotely and able to take meetings easily!

War ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in Fes und im Haus des Gastgebers. Allein die Dachterrasse und die Sicht über Fes war unbezahlbar. Nur eine winzige Kritik: Nur in einen Schlafzimmer funktioniert die Klimaanlage wie sie soll. Aber es ist trotz der Hitze in August noch angenehm.

Un hôte très sympa

Je viens de passer un séjour à Fez pour le feature Musiques Sacrées J ai été enchantée , tant par le Festival que par la Médina de Fez que j ai retrouvé avec plaisir. Les Fassis sont très accueillants et particulièrement Simo qui a été à l écoute et a répondu à toutes mes questions même tard le soir. Je le remercie de sa disponibilité et ses conseils pour les visites recommandées. Je recommande vivement son hébergement.

Je connaissais cette endroit pour avoir vécu au Maroc, c'est un endroit calme pour passer des vacances avec des enfants, l'environnement est magnifique et Tim qui a un caractère extraordinaire, toujours souriante, des petits déjeuner fabuleux et nous avons dégusté un couscous !!!! je reviendrai, Tim est devenu une amie, vraiment elle est incroyable.

Our stay at the Dezayn was a delightful stay, we loved the riad it was very traditional. Each room has an en suite which was a great. The house keeper Abdul lateef was very helpful and always was around. Breakfast was lovely, the location was great but a 15-20 min uphill walk to the blue gate. Over all a great value for money riad we had a lovely 3 night stay and thank you Pierre’s for always responding to our messages promptly.

I cannot say enough amazing things about the riad, the staff, the accommodations, the friendliness. The rooms were absolutely stunning! They helped us with local restaurants, set up airport and tour accommodations and had both breakfast and dinner for us! Zacarías was patient and extremely helpful!! This area was filled with beautiful history!! I cannot recommend enough!!
