A 73.8 sqm apartment. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, living room and a small toilet. From the living room, exit to the terrace (garden furniture, blankets, barbecue). Upstairs there is a bathroom with a shower, a two-level master bedroom with a large double bed and an entrance via a ladder to an open mezzanine with another large bed. The second room is equipped with two single beds (possible to connect), which makes this apartment an ideal solution for families or a group of friends.

In the cottage for relaxation there is an IR sauna, billiards. Next to the house is a gazebo with a hot tub, a barbecue with a table, sun loungers in the garden. Great communication: 20 minutes by car to Zakopane, 5 minutes to Chochołowskie Baths, 400 meters to the Witów Ski lift. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one with a sauna, the other with a bathtub, over which we installed a steam fireplace), a spacious living room with a fireplace and a kitchenette. The villa is located opposite the Nosal slopes, close to the mountains and mountain trails. In winter, to ski, just cross the street, and in summer it is a quiet neighborhood and a great place for a "trip to the mountains". We offer free parking, a garden in front of the house, and a barbecue. The house was completely renovated and opened in December 2023. We offer stylish interiors, mostly finished in wood. All wooden furniture was made by Zakopane carpenters.
