Loft studio 20 minutes from Landes beaches in the heart of a quiet and peaceful green setting! This beautiful new 70 m2 space under a slope is designed for relaxation... Located on the first floor of our passive wooden house, bright with its glass wall, it includes exclusive access to a 30 m2 roof terrace for lunch or sunbathing. A loft in 5 areas: night (180 bed), living room with Apple TV, iTunes, Netflix, library, kitchen-dining room and shower room with toilet, washer/dryer. Great for a couple!

Studio in artist atelier 10km from the atlantic

Every year in August, we invite friends, artists and architects to produce their projects and work with us at "Maison Merveille". We are a non profit organization and the one room we rent will help finance some of our production costs to improve the quality of the house and atelier. The house is located in the center of little town Saint Vincent de Tyrosse. It is a good location if you want to explore the region's amazing diversity of nature, landscapes and beaches. The duplex accommodation with a private garden of 30 m² is an outbuilding attached to the guest house. Easy street parking.
