Holiday rentals with beach access in Bibinje

Wir waren zwei Wochen in der Unterkunft und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Wir mochten besonders die Nähe zum Meer (es ist wirklich direkt vor der Haustür) und den großen Balkon, auf dem wir essen, entspannt sitzen und die Badesachen trocknen lassen konnten. Kristina war immer gut zu erreichen und hat uns Tipps zum Einkaufen gegeben. Fußläufig sind viele Restaurants, Cafés, verschiedene Badestellen und Strandbars zu erreichen. Wenn man ein Auto hat (wir hatten eins), ist Bibinje ein prima Ausgangspunkt für verschiedene Ausflugsziele. Zum Flughafen und nach Zadar sind es jeweils 15 Minuten mit dem Auto. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

We absolutely loved this place! The location is perfect, just a few minutes walk from the old town, but the place itself is on a very quiet non-touristic street. There are also lots of restaurants, bakeries, and shops in walking distance - and indeed you can walk right out into the sea! The swimming area is really amazing, it's a slightly sheltered area so it felt really safe to swim there even when the sea was wavy. We also really liked the furniture and decor, it looks better in real life than in the photos. Everything was super clean as well. The view from the terrace is wonderful, and the view while swimming is amazing too. The terrace also has an awning so we were able to use it all day. Lana was an excellent host, we had the place to ourselves of course but she was super communicative before we arrived with information, instructions, and offering us advice. Everything was super clear and she was really friendly!

The view from the appartment is priceless! We were there in pre-season so there were no other people in the buildings around us. Everything you need is available.

Alloggio situato a pochi minuti dalla spiaggia e a una mezz’ora a piedi dal centro storico (oppure con uber 5’, una corsa costa circa 5/6€), vicino all’appartamento c’è un ristorante ottimo con prezzi onesti e qualità alta. Matija è stato gentilissimo e ci ha spiegato tutto nei minimi particolari. Casa pulita e spaziosa soprattutto per una coppia, aria condizionata, lavatrice e forno. Se dovessi tornare a Zadar di sicuro tornerei in questo Airbnb, senza il minimo dubbio! Un saluto speciale ad Aurora e Nilo, i genitori di Matija.

What an experience! Easy check-in, decently equipped apartment and a view that cannot be described in its beauty. In short walking distance along the water to Bibinje, private parking space and a good communication to the host. Supermarkets are nearby. But you just want to sit on the balcony/at the water anyway :).

Loistava majoitus ihan meren rannassa. Kiva allas, mistä etenkin lapset pitivät. Majoituksesta löytyi kaikki tarpeellinen.

We had a wonderful stay and hope to come back one day. The garden is beautiful, the ocean right in front of the house and a little turtle you can feed some salat. David and Izidora gave us some watermelon and tips about the area. It was lovely!

Apartman je bio besprijekorno čist i izuzetno prostran, idealan za ugodan boravak. Terasa je pravi dragulj – prostrana, mirna i savršena za jutarnju kavu ili večernje opuštanje. Posebno želimo pohvaliti domaćicu Melitu, koja je bila izuzetno ljubazna, susretljiva i uvijek na raspolaganju. Osjećali smo se kao kod kuće. Preporučujemo ovaj smještaj svima koji traže mir, udobnost i toplu dobrodošlicu.

We had a wonderful stay with Danijela. She is a great host, very responsive and friendly. We felt right at home. It is a few minute walk to the beach and just a little further for the old town. We highly recommend staying with Danijela. Thank you for having us !

A group of 5 friends and I found Margita's home for our end-of-exams holiday and it was everything we could have hoped for and more! Leading up to and during our stay Margita was proactive, providing recommendations, excursions, and an eagerness to assist with any issues we might have. The villa was stunning, cosy and with a lovely interior and the three double-bedrooms we stayed in were comfortable and very pretty. The pool and grounds were also GREAT, large, spacious, and very peaceful. The pictures do not do Margita's house justice as we thought it looked better in real life! As for Sukosan, it was a beautiful and quaint little town a short walk from the villa, with lovely restaurants and a very wholesome atmosphere. Zadar is also only a ~12 euro uber away, which split between 6 friends was great value! Croatia is a beautiful country worth visiting, and I can firmly say Margita's villa will provide you with a brilliant home and area to stay in. Thank you Margita ❤️

We had a wonderful stay at Sanja’s place! The apartment was peaceful, well-equipped, and perfectly located—everything we needed was within walking distance, including the beach and plenty of great restaurants just 5–15 minutes away. Sanja went above and beyond to make us feel welcome—even picking us up when our taxi dropped us off at the wrong address. But once we figured out the exact location, ordering taxis online was super easy too. Overall, a beautiful, tranquil stay with a truly kind and helpful host. Highly recommended!

Absolute Empfehlung! Der Garten und der direkte Zugang zum Meer sind ein Traum, läd ein zum Baden und Spazieren gehen (oder wer mag Joggen) am Wasser. Alles war sehr sauber und die Bettwäsche und Sofakissen haben besonders frisch gerochen. Dubravka ist herzlich und unkompliziert. Mit der Personenfähre kann man Zadar und andere Inseln besichtigen. Mit der Autofähre kann man Nationalparks auf dem Festland besuchen, aber auch die Insel gibt einem genug Optionen zum Entspannen, Essen gehen und Wandern. Man braucht nur auf jeden Fall ein Auto. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub!

This apartment is so so beautiful, it was perfect in every single way. Great location, modern, clean, black out curtains, balcony, WiFi, TV, air conditioning, it has everything you could possibly want in an apartment that size. I would 1000% stay again.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Aufenthalt bei Gloria. Sie hat immer schnell geantwortet, auf Nachfrage Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben und die Familie, welche man auf dem Grundstück traf, war ebenfalls äußerst freundlich. Wir würden es jedem empfehlen.🥰

Die Kommunikation mit Sandra war perfekt, innerhalb Minuten. Das Gastgeber Paar war sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung war gemütlich eingerichtet, sauber und der Balkon war mit Tisch und 2 Stühlen ausgestattet. Ein schnelles WiFi und Unterstellmöglichkeit für unsere gemieteten Fahrrädern war ebenfalls vorhanden. Bäckerei und Supermärkte befanden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Badestrand war fußläufig erreichbar ebenso ein nettes Cafe, wo der Sonnenuntergang cekebriert werden konnte. Wir haben die 2 Wochen sehr genossen.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sofort wohl gefühlt. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Pavle hat immer sofort reagiert, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Diese Insel ist sehr schön, viele Strände, alle sehr leer. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Andro est très accueillant et très réactif. Il est très disponible et nous a gentiment donné des informations. Le logement est très bien et il et bien situé,c’est un point fort. Nous avons passé un superbe séjour. Nous recommandons ce logement !

Przepiękny, nowoczesny, ekskluzywny, przestrzenny apartament, idealnie położony nad samą wodą tuż przy deptaku.Bardzo dobrze wyposażony, smart tv w każdej sypialni, czyściutkie ręczniki, dobra pościel, ładna zastawa, dostępna chemia, pralka, leżaki to wszystko uczyniło pobyt przyjemniejszym. Świetna komunikacja i przemiły pan Josip, który w świąteczny dzień przywiózł swój prywatny kabel hdmi, doceniam i dziękuję. Blisko sklep spożywczy, cisza i spokój. Polecam

Un appartement en tout points Conforme à ce que l'annonce stipule, très propre très pratique avec une terrasse agréable, et des prestations nickel. La mer est à 3 minutes, la plage a 5, le petit café qui la domine est absolument parfait. Après il faut être conscient que l'appartement est un poil excentré de la vieille ville, et pour vous y rendre il faudra compter au moins 1 demi-heure à pied, à moins de prendre les boatmen qui fonctionnent depuis le 14e siècle de 7 à 23h. C'est d'ailleurs le tres sympathique propriétaire qui nous a donné le tuyau!

Spacious apartment with a view. The rooms where cozy and clean. the kitchen has all the amenities you need, and the host left some drinks for our first stay. The location is very beautiful, 20-30 mins walk to the city center, right at the sea side. There is a small grocery store right on the corner and a tasty pizzeria 10 mins away. The host was friendly and gave us some local tips on what to visit. Very responsive. I would come back again!

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön! Es wurde uns alles genau erklärt und es war sehr gut ausgestattet (Spülmaschine, Klimaanlage). WLAN war in Ordnung, zwischenzeitlich vlt etwas schwach und für Menschen die auf weicheren Matratzen schlafen, mag das Bett evtl etwas hart sein. Super schöne Wohnung und der Ausblick und der Zugang zum Wasser sind ein Highlight :)

Cornelis's apartment was so lovely! Very clean and comfortable. Perfect location as restaurants nearby and a short taxi ride from Zadar. Cornelis and Dina were great hosts and gave us lots of recommendations. I would definitely go back here!
