Family villa Brzoja in the small town of Sukošan, just a few kilometers from the historic town of Zadar, close to many beautiful beaches. Air-conditioned, it can accommodate seven guests in four large bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday use and a dining area with eight seats. Outside there is a swimming pool with garden furniture and a barbecue area, and a children's playground and parking for multiple vehicles. The pool, house and yard are available for your use only. The pool is cleaned every morning.

🏖 Our newly build villa ☆☆☆☆ with a heated pool is a perfect summer stay for anyone visiting the Zadar region. It is only 11km from Zadar city center and it offers comfort in a peaceful setting. The villa has two spacious double bed en-suite bedrooms, one small room, a cozy lounge, a modern kitchen, and a relaxing pool area with outside BBQ. Communication with guests will be via Airbnb or mobile phone and I am only 10min drive away from the villa for any emergencies.
