Bright veranda where you can work and eat. The bathroom is equipped with a BALNEO BATH NOT TO USE AFTER 21 H, but you can of course also shower. The kitchen allows you to heat your meal in the microwave or cook if you wish. You can eat there. With the beautiful days the terrace and its hydrangeas invite you to come and enjoy the sun... And in winter you can eat in the bright veranda. Non-smoking room. Linen and towels provided. The laundry is cleaned and ironed. Smoke detectors. WIFI with the possibility of having access to TV channels via your computer or tablet. There is however a television in the living room. Double bed, duvet and pillows treated anti-bacteria, anti-allergies. Courtesy tray, mosquito-proof socket, fan. You will have everything you need for the rest! : -) The house is unfortunately not suitable for children and babies. No animals. The charter of the house: simply, thank you not to organize parties or welcome visitors. Leave the premises clean and in perfect condition. Respect the tranquility of the neighbors. A small detail also that has its importance: never use a bubble bath in the bathtub while it works in balneotherapy or you can no longer manage the foam produced and turn into a yeti! : -D We will be discreet but remain at your disposal in case of need during your stay. For reasons inherent to the management of the accommodation, we may exceptionally be led to come over to the house if you are staying for a long time but we contact you beforehand and we always announce ourselves by ringing at the front door (meter reading, maintenance or in case of problem that you report to us in the house... ). A stay for families or groups of friends in a 110 m2 house with a large 2000 m2 wooded garden. You can walk along the fields and along the Oise from the house. 1h15 by train from Paris (Chauny station 10 min by car) and 1h40 by car. A Carrefour Market is a 3-minute drive from the house. The house can accommodate 6 adults with 3 double bedrooms. A fourth smaller bedroom will allow you to put your young children on extra beds.

Close to Coucy-le-Château, Soissons, Laon, Le Chemin des Dames, the Caverne du Dragon... so many sites to discover! From the terrace, in this Natura 2000 classified area, you can observe landscapes changing according to the seasons, floods, swans, ducks, egrets and more occasionally storks.

1 hour from Paris, 45 minutes from Roissy Charles de Gaulle airport and 5 minutes from Pierrefonds in the forest of Compiegne, you will stay in the center of a charming village, in a restored old mill, in the middle of a wide green estate where nature and picturesque blend. From the first days you will enjoy the park and pond as well as the banks of the rout whose currents still operate the authentic mill wheel.
