Holiday rentals with a patio in Bicol

Miss Lourdes was so nice! Her place is beautiful, would recommend for tourists or groups of (3-5) that need a clean, comfortable place to stay! It’s a bit of a journey going inside this property but tricycles are available everywhere! It’s around 5-10 minutes from the town proper. All good fun! Staff were super friendly. Highlights were probably: the cleanliness of the whole property, the privacy and safety! It was great 😊

I always prefer Airbnbs over hotels because it feels like a home away from home. Kristine's place is just like that. Complete amenities and my stay was comfortable. Wifi was stable and fast. Room cooled easily with both an electric fan and AC. Kitchen has everything you need (although I didn't cook. Just heated water for noodles/coffee). I do appreciate hosts that provide drinking water. Highly recommended. Will stay again when in Naga.

The host was very responsive and even allowed us to check in early. They have a friendly and accommodating caretaker who made our stay even better. The house was spotless and had all the amenities as described. The neighborhood was peaceful and pleasant. Highly recommend this place.

Overall, we had a great stay; the accommodation was spotless and conveniently located with easy access via Google Maps. The only downside was the water supply being unavailable between 2 and 3 a.m. Thank you!

I had everything I needed the boast was ready to assist with anything I held with I felt very comfortable everything looked and felt like new very fast Wi-Fi very cold air-conditioning I will definitely be back and I will recommend it to everyone I know It is very close to a beautiful beach and walking distance. There’s a nice little shop right across the street.

Had a wonderful stay here! The owner was fast and responsive, making check-in and any questions super easy. The room was clean, well-organized, and felt just like home—with everything from complete utensils to free water and instant coffee. It’s conveniently located near Tabaco City with lots of food spots, laundromats, and even banks nearby. Even though there were a few minor brownouts and water interruptions due to local maintenance, I still enjoyed my stay—the owner even personally came by to turn on the backup water, which I really appreciated. Bonus points for the comfy bed, free parking for my rental car, and fun card games to unwind at night!

My fam and I had the pleasure of staying at Balai B&R for five days while I attended a convention in Sorsogon. From the moment we arrived, Edward and Kim made us feel right at home with their warm hospitality. Edward was quick and responsive to our needs from buying a drying rack nung na notice niya na nag sampay kami outside the unit to replacing some of our outdated complementary amenities. They also provided complimentary breakfast for all FIVE days, which was such a thoughtful gesture. It’s rare to find a host so attentive and caring. The glasshouse unit was cozy, airy, and filled with natural light while still providing privacy. Its location is ideal—close to SM Sorsogon and Rompeolas, making it easy to buy necessities and find affordable places to eat. May sarisari stores din around the area for extra convenience. Edward also offered airport transfers at a reasonable price, with a tour of the area, which was a personal touch we appreciated. I highly recommend their airbnb! 💯

One of the best ones I have stayed in. The hospitality of their team was truly over and above. If you want to have a hassle free stay in Virac - this is the perfect home and host. The place is epic! The host was able to anticipate all possible needs. Clean facilities. Complete kitchen. Nice furnitures and fixtures. Very comfortable mattresses, truly a peaceful and restful sleep. The host even helped in arranging our vehicle for the whole stay. Even had their own vehicle on standby for use plus with driver. (Of course with separate reasonable charges) Highly recommended! We had a great time in your place and Virac, Catanduanes is a nice place to explore. Thank you!

Gem was extremely flexible with our arrival time. Even though we didn’t get to the Airbnb until close to 3am, the housekeeper was able to graciously let us in and show us around. My uncle also left his medicine in the refrigerator and they were kind enough to store it for us in their ref until we could drive back to pick it up a few days later.

Ms Leilani was very responsive to us. We had a lot of questions and needed to be more familiar with the area. She was also very flexible with the check-in. Her caretakers were very warm and friendly. The place was homey and clean. We loved that there was air conditioning even in the common areas of the house. They even had the air conditioning switched on when we arrived. That was a very caring touch. We stayed for almost a week and didn't need to ask so much because everything was available. Even the basic condiments we needed to cook were all set in the kitchen. We'd recommend this place to anyone who will be staying in Naga and settling in before starting their Bicol roadtrip. Thank you so much, Ms Leilani, for the hassle-free experience.

The best airbnb we stayed at in Naga. The house still feels and looks new, tidy, complete basic amenities, plus the neighborhood is quiet. We also appreciate the flexibility of the host to accommodate special requests.

Both hosts and the caretaker were very responsive and helpful with our inquiries. The house is great with a nice view of Mayon Volcano. Walking distance to the market and other stores. All in all a great experience for our family. Will definitely recommend!

We all loved staying in Sharl‘s place! It was a perfect experience for us. The place is very close to Naga, and very walkable. The neighborhood is perfect Filipino experience. The neighbors are very friendly. Plenty of Sari Sari stores to pick up anything we forgot. She was always very responsive as well! She highlighted to me what it is to be a great airbnb host! She even invited us to the big Peñafrancia festival in Naga. We joined her and her family at their family dental practice (great viewing from the 2nd floor) and watched the processional. We really felt like we have new friends Naga!

The place is super cozy and it was easy to check in. The house is indeed a great place to stay especially for a big family since it is very spacious, neat, and comfy. All of us enjoyed our Holidays because of the peaceful atmosphere. The host is responsive. He also gives recommendations on spots to go when you want to enjoy the city. Transportations like buses and tricycles are also accessible so we did not worry about going to other places around the city. It is also great to go walking around the area.

2nd time to stay here. we absolutely love the peaceful neighborhood. the accommodation was easy to find especially if you pin the water station. the room is spacious, with separate kitchen and toilet with hot and cold shower 😇 this place made us feel like it's our second home in legazpi. will highly recommend to family amd friends and will surely come back next time 🙏

Nice place, comfortable and easy to rest. Just wish there was more around the area as far as restaurants and nightlife. Joanne is very kind and has a very nice helper there to assist.

5 stars for its budget friendly place. I had a great stay at this 1-bedroom condo in Naga City from May 20 to 23, 2025. The unit was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with everything I needed for a short stay. The location is excellent—very walkable to nearby restaurants, shops, and other key spots in the city. The condo itself is in a secure building with access to a pool and parking, which were definitely a plus. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with, making check-in and check-out smooth. For the rate, location, and amenities, this place is a great value. I’d definitely stay here again the next time we're in Naga.

Very nice unit, with everything thing you need including a washer/dryer and water heater in the shower. Good aircon, kitchen utilities and good wifi. 2 malls close by but you do have to take a detour to get to them but it isn't that long. The pool is very nice and free to use. Staff at the building are very friendly. owner is very easy to deal with.

Very clean and well equipped. Not as spacious as it looked in the picture but comfortable. We had an issue but it was resolved very well. Third floor walk up. If that’s an issue for you, Ask about other units from same owner.

I recently stayed here and I am very happy with my experience. The place looks exactly like it does in the pictures. It is clean and well-maintained. The beds and the pillows are comfortable, just what we needed after a long day of touring around Bicol. The location is convenient as it is near the tourist spots so we were able to visit the attractions easily. The view of Mt. Mayon from the window is a huge plus! The hosts are responsive to every inquiry making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended!
