The accommodation is bright, with a superb open view of the mountains, unspoiled from the neighborhood, close to services, beaches and shops.

Access to heated pool (May to September 15), outdoor space shared with the owners; Jacuzzi reserved for tenants. The studio is adjoining our house but the entrance is independent. Located 10 minutes' drive from the beaches of Seignosse, Hossegor and Capbreton, 25 minutes from Bayonne and 50 minutes from Spain. Numerous bike path starts. Closed parking in the courtyard.
