There is a possibility to get from the house at the top of the city wall, where there is a small seating area. Within walking distance, you will find many restaurants, boulevard with beach and harbor, a cozy city center with shops and restaurants. The Dolphinarium is within walking distance. This place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Free parking is included with booking.

Luka's Hut, our beautiful eco-cabin, sits on the banks of the Ganzendiep river in Overijssel. Huge windows provide stunning Dutch views onto the river, the grass meadows with cows & sheep and a picturesque village in the distance. The river is quiet water so have a sauna & a swim, take out the kayak, big canoe or SUPboard. We have a heatpump for the floor heating, and used upcycled items such a charming wood-stove, a fantastic bath, a fully-equipped kitchen, bikes, a firepit & trampoline.

Since August 2021, our coach house has been converted into Guesthouse! Hosting the first Guesthouse was so good that we decided to add a second one. The house is free on our property of 4.5 hectares. The view is beautiful and overlooks the meadow. The plot has a large swimming pond with beach, an orchard with flower garden, a field with playground equipment and a meadow. All this accessible to our guests. * Our garden can also be booked as a shooting location
