Enjoy a stylish, bright and central 60 m2 accommodation with a 20 m2 outdoor terrace. Completely renovated, it is comfortable and in a good location. It consists of a bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed and a 140 x 200 sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine and dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker... Cottage in the countryside 10 minutes from Langon

Our Cottage is located in the countryside on a 5000 m² wooded plot, 3 km from the Castets en Dorthes canal, where walking and cycling are very popular, 2 km from the golf course and 10 minutes by car from Langon. Guests can take advantage of the terrace and part of the park as well as the barbecue. Our 12-year-old dog Seven and our two cats Chance and Minus are free to roam the grounds.

The cottage of Labrouche is located in a small hamlet in Saint Pardon de Conques, small village 10 minutes from Langon and close to Castets en Dorthe. Golf des Graves and Sauternais 5 minutes away and the start of the Canal de Garonne Green Way 10 minutes away !
