Nice spacious pool house with modern feel.The crocodile (statue) in the floor is a cool feature and the area is super nicely located at the river Marne with lots of walking and cycling space. Playground and little cafe in the park within a few hundred metres. Very convenient for travel into Paris by RER. Bakeries and supermarkets all in walking distance. You stay on owners property which is just stunning and has parking too. Friendly hosts that are very responsive.

What a beautiful house in the country! Plenty of space, gorgeous backyard with lots to do & a convenient patio for dining al fresco. Nicholas was super helpful, responsive & a valuable resource. 15 min from Versailles & a quiant little village with friendly people, a beautiful church, and all the necessary shops within walking distance. Lots of hills in town & lots of stairs in the house so if you have health restrictions, 4 floors of living space & outside stairs might be challenging. If not, go for it. It's an absolute paradise in the country, perfect for relaxing, for hosting and for exploring a more leisurely pace of life. Thank you so very much, Nicholas, for letting us stay at your beautiful place. We absolutely loved it!!!

Rachida and her husband are always concerned about the well-being of the people who rent their home, which is very clean and well maintained. They communicate a lot and easily as needed while knowing how to maintain discretion throughout the stay.

Jean Yves was extremely welcoming, even staying up to greet us on our late arrival, and we felt at home immediately. The accommodation was lovely too, with a beautiful, relaxed outdoor space which was perfect for a long breakfast. Despite being out of the city centre, it was very quick and easy to get into Paris and we enjoyed the contrast of very peaceful accommodation and local area (with a boulangerie and supermarket practically on the doorstep) with the ease of getting into the centre of Paris. Would highly recommend!

Had a great visit. Marie-Hélène's welcome is warm and smiling. She is also attentive to your needs. The studio is modern and functional. Located in a quiet residential area, it is the perfect place to rest, especially when you come for work. A small outdoor terrace also allows you to enjoy the garden.

Very nice, stylishly furnished, small cottage with garden and terrace. Extremely convenient for all types of activities. The car is right outside the door and the RER is within walking distance to drive to Paris in 30 minutes. Thierry is a very nice and attentive host. We enjoyed the stay extraordinarily and would be happy to come back.

We had a lovely stay, really enjoyed it. Just a note the code to get the keys from the box goes in the opposite direction to what you expect! But other than that everything was absolutely fantastic. There’s a great bakery just around the corner and a supermarket opposite. The trams were 5 mins walk away. I would definitely recommend this place.

Warm and very quiet accommodation. You feel good in this neighborhood. This studio is exactly as described. Small attentions await us. We feel considered.

I stayed here for a week of work at the Université Paris-Sclay. It is close enough on foot to the university and also very close to the rer B statio "Le Guichet", which is great. The studio was cozy and well equipped. Maybe a little small, if you (like me) prefer to keep the sofa-bed always open as a bed. It's close to a very busy road, but it's soundproofed. The price is high, but that's in line with the other offerings that I could find, so it's hard to complain about this specific studio. I never saw the hosts, but they were really helpful and friendly on the airbnb chat.

This is a fantastic choice for anyone visiting Paris! It's a cozy apartment with a really comfortable bed and a charming balcony. Plus, having your own parking spot in the garage is a huge bonus. And it's all relatively close to the city center, just about a 20-minute drive away.

The apartment was very well equipped - and we were able to make a meal for our family staying in other accommodation. The instructions for recycling, Wi-Fi etc were useful. We were able to relax in the very comfortable lounge area.

Staying here was truly a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. Every detail was taken care of with such care and kindness, and it genuinely felt like a second home! The neighborhood was peaceful and serene. Amandine and Sébastien above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and felt comfortable throughout my stay. I’m incredibly grateful for this experience and would absolutely stay here again the next time I’m in France. 10/10 highly recommend! 😊

This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

First of all, I'm new here and have no way of comparing. We were 2 couples for 3 nights in the accommodation. There is a toilet in this apartment, which is usually sufficient. The bathrooms are somewhat unfairly divided. In the large bedroom, there is a large shower directly in the room. This is definitely the better choice. The smaller bedroom has only indirect access to a bathroom which is very small and has a mini shower. That's enough for a shower, but it's not exactly comfortable. The living room is huge. The kitchen too. Unfortunately, there is no dishwasher. Not everyone needs it, but it should be standard. There would be plenty of room for it. The carpets in the living room do not have a good grip on the concrete floor. Right in front of the kitchenette, it wasn't exactly safe. The residential unit has no air conditioning. This is unfavorable, especially in the summer. The view is priceless. The view over the city is fantastic.
