In one of the most charming streets of Rouen, this home is ideal for three people (possible for 4, but the second bedroom is much smaller, although it is air-conditioned). A short walk to the city center, in a very nice house from the 19th century. On two levels, master bedroom and bathroom on the first floor, small bedroom and kitchen/living room on the second floor. Very bright with a beautiful view of the center of Rouen on the second floor, it is decorated and equipped to ensure you have the most pleasant stay.

A spacious bedroom is situated in a vaulted cellar, featuring a wooden bed with a neatly arranged white duvet. Warm lighting highlights the distinctive stone walls and arches, while a small nightstand with a lamp and a decorative plant adds to the serene ambiance.
