This villa is a haven of peace. Peaceful in the greenery and not far from attractions for children such as the JUMIEGES amusement park and a superb walk in the forest of ROUMARE.

Very good stay! Henri welcomed us warmly, and his charming cottage is a peaceful haven. Henri is always available, helpful and really very kind, we had a great time! A very big thank you to him :)

Had a great visit! The accommodation is as described, very clean, well decorated and perfectly equipped. The location is ideal, quiet while being close to everything. Host is responsive, welcoming, and thoughtful. I would highly recommend and would not hesitate to come back!

Arriving at Florence is like arriving at home. You feel the warmth of a fire pit. Everything is authentic, it is a living house. Like at home, there are the little things that "DIY" but that's what makes the real welcome home, the real Airbnb. We want to thank Florence and her husband for the trust they gave us by leaving us their own house for 5 days. We made ourselves at home and did everything we could to preserve their living space. We were in winter and we were able to enjoy the outdoors including the hot tub…. Coming in summer needs to be even more wonderful. Coming as a family with kids and grandchildren, we had a peaceful time. Thank you again for your responsiveness to our questions ….. 😉

We had such an amazing stay here, Valerie is such a wonderful host, who was very thoughtful and attentive to detail, Even leaving us a bottle of alcohol as a gift and being very helpful in making sure we had anything we may need for our stay. The Cottage was gorgeous and the garden was perfect for our dog. Our dog did not want to leave. We loved the heated pool too!. It was the perfect stay. We hope to come back, Thankyou Valerie

We had 7 adults and 3 under 5s, and although we had a couple of iffy days we always found things to do, and while some I enjoyed a peaceful evening with a glass of wine, some enjoyed a game of snooker/ pool and Fuss-ball. The children loved the huge garden and could run off steam in it and the pool was an instant hit as well. Loved the place and would like to return.

We had a wonderful 4 night stay at Julie’s gite. We enjoyed the peace and quiet in the beautiful surroundings. Our 2 and 5 year olds loved the trampoline, swings and slide in the garden. They also loved playing at the front of the house. The sleeping arrangements were perfect for children with the room next door to the master bedroom. We had everything we needed for our baby too. We were super lucky that Julie opened the outdoor heated swimming pool. A real bonus! There is a village with a bakery, shop, pharmacy, supermarket with petrol station, and a small play park less than 10 minutes drive away. There is an also a microbrewery with live music, food and drink on the other side of the village.

The accommodation is indeed better than what you see in the photos: spacious and very comfortable. The garden is charming and we enjoyed the Normandy sun in this little corner of tranquility! There are plenty of hikes to do in the area. The hosts are charming and have thought of everything to make the stay as good as possible!

Cecile and her husband were very welcoming. We had a great stay in their charming home and they were very considerate in all aspects. The only downside is that the rooms overlook a very busy street and in hot weather, it is impossible to sleep with the windows open. Apart from that, the house is really very nice.

If I had to stay a week or return to this area, I would not stay anywhere else. Loved it!

We always dreamt of visiting the French countryside and having a local village that caters to all needs! This place was a dream come true and the host was always responsive and even allowed a late check out free of charge! It was the most amazing 4 days and our Lab loved his first trip out of the UK! I highly recommend anyone to book this place!

Our family of 6 enjoyed a wonderful stay for our week in Normandy. We had everything we needed. It was a real home from home. we particularly enjoyed meeting Georgette and Yvette who made music for us each morning, in addition to the frequent visits from Chamallow who received plenty of attention. The home is situated perfectly for a stroll into the city, with local amenities close by. Additionally, it is well situated to enable visits to broader parts of Normandy, we enjoyed day trips to Bayeuz, Versailles and caught the train to Paris. Highly recommended to families and anyone driving on the continent for the first time. We had a delightful week.

Good location, clean house and Responsive host

We felt very comfortable. The apartment is very centrally located,we could easily reach everything on foot. The small garden is also great, we could have breakfast there very nicely outside. Definitely recommend!

This was an extremely clean home on a beautiful property. The hosts were great very friendly and responsive. This was my first time traveling to France and it made for a great experience.

Very good value for money on the proximity of Rouen. A great view!! Description as advertised. Good communication with Chloe. Beautiful typical 2-storey house well equipped to accommodate 6/8 people comfortably. Good insulation on the street. Small friendly garden. The presence of beds made on arrival and towels on site is appreciable for a very late arrival (with key box). Very good location that allows you to be in Rouen or the surroundings in a few minutes depending on the traffic. The only negative point remains the complicated parking as mentioned. You have to plan to stay in warning in front of the accommodation to drop off the luggage and then look for a place nearby. It's not complicated in itself, but it's still a disadvantage to anticipate, especially if you have a large family with children or people with disabilities. Address to keep.

It looks like this place is coming out of a fairy tale. The owners are very welcoming and responsive.

We had a very good week at Julie and Clément's. Parking always available in front of the entrance door at any time. Very quiet for sleeping, no noise, the patio is great for coffee or meals. We spent our bachelor party at Laurent's. A great place for such an event. Everything was perfect and we had space for ourselves. A great overall package. Thanks for that :)

The stay is very pleasant, the accommodation is perfect and warm, and the small terrace with the sound of birds is royal, perfect for a quiet stay. Laurence is a responsive and welcoming host. I plan to return soon.
