Our house consists of two villas side by side; it has two floors, an open kitchen, living area, kitchenette, toilet/bathroom and veranda (the veranda can also be used as a winter garden) on the lower floor, and a terrace, large living room with fireplace and two bedrooms on the upper floor. All operators are available. We would love to welcome you in a peaceful environment with your family or friends, where you can walk in the enchanting atmosphere of nature, barbecue on your own 5-acre land.

Built on a 600 m² area 35 m from the lake, this private villa offers peace and comfort among thousands of years old olive trees. 15 minutes to historic Iznik and only 40-50 meters to a quiet beach. Pleasant moments await you with its pool, jacuzzi, barbecue area and large patio. Comfortable in all seasons with central heating, 2 air conditioners, electric fireplace and parking for 2 vehicles. Surrounded by fences, this private escape offers a peaceful experience in the middle of nature!

There are 2 double beds in our house. Our pool is active in the winter months with a heated pool and you can enjoy the pool in cold weather Kitchen and kitchen utensils are available. Tea maker, Coffee machine, Stove, Dishwasher, Solo Oven available. Our bathroom has a hair dryer, towel set, shampoo, shower gel, soap, shaving and external care set. Wi-Fi available There is a barbecue, pool, dining table and swing in our garden.

We will be happy to welcome you to our 52 m2 wooden house in our orchard in the highlands and pine forests, only 12 km from Iznik, the favorite district of recent times, which fascinates with its history and tourism. Our house has a kitchen and living room and also 2 bedrooms. You can enjoy the silence and peace with the magnificent view of Iznik and the sunset on the patio.
