You will need five min. by walk uphill from the main city square to get to an apartment. It is a small family building with the common staircase that has separated entrances to each apartment. The loft is located on the third floor. There is no guaranteed parking space but there is some easy accessible in within 10 min by walk.

Sweet small apartment close to all you need for good and quality vacation. We are located in nice and peaceful neighborhood. Apartment is private and located 3 km from city beach and town center, and 2 km from Lake Prokljan. Krka National Park is 10 km from apartment, and one of most beautiful parts of Croatian sea coast is only 15 minutes car drive away. We also rent kayak, so adventure lovers are welcome. In front of apartment there is bakery and local supermarket.

We stayed in this beautiful apartment for one week. It is the best apartment we have ever stayed in, very clean, luxurious and relaxing. Šibenik is a very beautiful place to visit, although parking can be expensive. There are many bars and restaurants right next to the waterline. The hosts were also very responding and friendly. We would definitely recommend staying here.

The place was so peaceful and relaxing. Both Velimir and his wife were very lovely and friendly. They were waiting us during Check in and Check out. We have a little bit Problem going up stairs, it is so steep to go up to Bed. We love the Mini-Garden outside, we ate there often.

I was comfortable there. Everything needed for a stay of a few days was provided, and there was a Studenac and Bakery within walking distance. The terrace was lovely in the morning and early afternoon. It appears the place was purpose built and has some quality finishes. The 6PM wait time was the latest i have ever experienced, and it did throw a wrinkle into my day. Alen is a very personable guy, I enjoyed our chat. He is very helpful, and reacted to my only complaint (a dull knife, which he sharpened the next day). A good place, but arriving by car is probably the best way. Recommended.

Matea and her father were wonderful hosts. They are approachable, available for all questions, warm and cordial people, and at the end they prepared beautiful gifts for us. They allowed us to arrive later without any problems, the accommodation was excellent, clean, contains everything listed in the advertisement and in the photos. The pool and yard are neat and clean, we really enjoyed swimming and relaxing. Lozovac is a small, quiet and beautiful place, located near larger cities and close to everything you need. One day we will definitely come back here, because we really enjoyed it. ❤️
