A lovely bright house right next to Notre Échelle 1. With a swimming pool in the garden with a large sun terrace. In 2024, it was converted into a vacation home where you will find a combination of old elements from the adjacent farm with new elements such as a new kitchen and bathroom. The house is on the outskirts of the village of Alluy at the foot of the Morvan. Here you will find peace and quiet, the beautiful countryside, but also the coziness of the very nearby villages and harbors along the Canal de Nivernais.

Enjoy the lovely setting of this accommodation. A brand new 24 m2 Tiny House. Accommodation located less than 15 minutes from the Nevers Magny Cours circuit near Nevers, Decize and the Sancerre, Pouilly sur Loire vineyards. 2 minutes from the bike path (side canal to the Loire). Bakery and nautical stopover nearby. The accommodation: 2 beds 90 x 190 (possibility to put them together on request), 1 bathroom, 1 kitchenette open to the living room. Private parking. The old village school

The old school/schoolmaster's house is on the edge of a tiny village where there's no shop, no café, so you’ll need a car. It's very rural here, with views across the gently undulating countryside from the school. Two small towns with supermarkets - La Machine and Cercy-la-Tour, are both about 11 kilometres away. Decize, a much larger town on the Loire, is about 18 km away. There are two double bedrooms, and another small one with a triple-layer bunk bed suitable for children.
