Welcome to Bosch en Duin in our former garage/barn, which was converted into a very luxurious and stylish home on September 1, 2016. Ideal for 2 people, but also suitable for a family with 2 children or 4 friends. The home is fully insulated and heated by underfloor heating and wood burning stove. Through a window as large as the garage doors and on the other side windows up to the ridge and 3 large skylights, it is a delightful bright space with stunning views of garden and forest totaling 2800m. The Garage consists of one large room with a wooden unit in the middle. On one side of the unit there is a beautiful, complete kitchen with 4 burners/combi oven, dishwasher and fridge-freezer integrated in a hard stone countertop. On the other side is a small but tasteful shower (thermostat tap), toilet and sink with automatic tap and illuminated anti-condensation mirror. The unit offers spacious cupboards and drawers and a staircase upstairs. The unit has a double bed of 1.60 x 2.00 m with a lovely sheep wool duvet of 2.00 x 2.00 m. For lodgers who are afraid of heights, there is a spacious and comfortable sofa in the sitting room that turns into a double bed of 1.40 x 2.00 m in one motion. Next to this spacious corner sofa there is another comfy chair to slide comfortably close to the stove. In the dining area there is a spacious wooden table with 4 chairs. The drawings and ceramics images by our son, outsider artist Hannes, give the space a very personal and cheerful appearance. The home has its own private, private and wonderfully sheltered terrace with comfortable garden chairs with pillows. In the forest there is a bench to enjoy nature in peace or to read a book. Finally, there is a hammock for a delicious afternoon nap. The house has WiFi, with which you can watch the available iPad TV via our Ziggo connection, also radio. So there is no flat screen TV. We have a dog of our own, but we don't want a dog in De Garage. Guests can use the entire house, but also the terrace, the forest and the driveway to park their car. We will be there when guests arrive and depart. We tell the guests about our house, the equipment and the area. The house is non-smoking. We do not provide breakfast or other meals. Combine nature and culture in "De Garage," on the estate Ter Wege in Bosch en Duin, surrounded by the woods of the Utrecht Heuvelrug and a short distance from Utrecht and Amersfoort with their many museums, restaurants and other entertainment options. Guests can use our bicycles. A bus stop is about a 10-minute walk away. Own transportation is of course always easier and faster. Guests can always reach us by phone for questions.

This fresh studio is equipped with all facilities, free parking in front of the door and located near arterial roads (A28) and a direct public transport connection to Utrecht Centraal (bus stop within 2 minutes walking distance). Whether you want to enjoy the cozy Zeist, go hiking on the Utrechtse Heuvelrug or take the bus to Utrecht, be welcome! The studio is located in a quiet residential area and has a sheltered private garden, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, interactive TV, WiFi and rain shower.

Welcome to our modern (photo) studio in a wooded area! Here you can enjoy nature, while still being close to all the conveniences of the city. With beautiful walking + cycling paths from home, shops and restaurants a short distance away. You can park for free at the train station and then have a good, fast train connection to Utrecht, Amsterdam and Amersfoort, European city 2023. Parents + baby are welcome. Bookable from 1 night, except at Christmas, when only 3 consecutive nights are permitted.

On the edge of the forest you will find our B & B. It is less than 30 minutes by bike (10 minutes by car) from Utrecht. By Public transport or car you are within half an hour in Amsterdam. Facilities: - private bathroom with shower/toilet - 2 person boxspring - flat screen TV&WiFi - fridge, coffee/tea - 2 bikes to borrow Optional (€ 12,50 p.p.p.n.): Breakfast (mainly local products), served at the table in the guest house or on one of the terraces. Our guest house is pet-free and non-smoking.

We built the wooden house ourselves in 2019 with used materials. The house can accommodate 4 people, the kitchen diner has a cozy dining table and comfortable seating area. The living room has a beautiful glass roof that provides a beautiful light exposure. - Kitchen equipped with combi oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, induction hob and oven. The 1st bedroom is located on the first floor, next to the bathroom. The 2nd bedroom can be reached with a short staircase on the 1st floor

Stay at this Houseboat in Utrecht!

This location is for nature lovers and those seeking tranquility. From the houseboat you have a view of a nature-friendly bank that is ecologically managed by the local residents. You can view the many types of water birds and even the Kingfisher and the Cormorant come to catch a fish every now and then. The water is of very good quality and you can swim from the boat. You can also rent an electrically powered rowing boat from us to explore the area from the water.

Den Dolder 66: centrally located cottage!

In a detached building, originally a garage, a pleasant place has been created with its own kitchen and bathroom. There are two double beds that can also be separated. A sunny terrace is located at the rear. The immediate area is popular with hikers and cyclists; from the cottage you can go anywhere! Of course, the cottage is equipped with free WiFi and a smart television. The cottage has its own entrance on a demarcated piece of the plot.

Unique 4-6 person cottage in nature on estate "Binnenhof". Our old farm has a large barn, the back of which has been converted into a guest house and in which you can enjoy the peace, space and nature that will immediately give you a wonderful vacation feeling. A spacious south-facing patio with beautiful views, table tennis table and fire pit can be used. Spot birds of prey such as buzzards to deer and butterflies and completely relax.

Guest house in the front house of our farm

In the front house of our farm, we have created a cozy, rural guest house for you. The house consists of three floors and has its own entrances, so you can stay completely private. Enjoy a cozy living room on the ground floor that adjoins a cozy kitchen. Time to relax and unwind? On the first floor, you will find two cozy double rooms, a single room, and a bathroom with shower and second toilet. In the attic, there are 3 single beds.

Guesthouse Botanica

You can relax together with your family in this stylish guesthouse near Utrecht! This charming guesthouse (approx. 60m2) is located in a quiet location in Bilthoven-Noord, a stone's throw from the Ridderoordse bossen. From here you can walk or cycle to the beautiful Lage Vuursche. By train you can reach Utrecht within 10 minutes from Bilthoven station (car 15 min / bike 35 min). Amersfoort and Zeist are also nearby.

The barn

Feel welcome! Behind our house is De Schuur, a romantic, cozy and unique guest house, equipped with every comfort so that you can relax and enjoy yourself. Enjoy the Jacuzzi and sauna on the veranda. There is a gas BBQ and a lovely outdoor fireplace. (BBQ and outdoor fireplace for a fee) The bakery with fresh rolls is within walking distance. Sypesteyn Castle is across the road. Amsterdam and Utrecht +/-20 min.
