Sweet and welcoming studio apartment

Clean. Safe. Lovely. Convenient. Studio apartment in our W. Asheville renovated daylight basement. We love hosting families and are pet-friendly. Great neighborhood for walking, 10 minutes to beautiful downtown, a couple minutes to trendy restaurants, & 5 minutes to major highways. Suite has a mini kitchen, dining area, queen bed, bunk beds, & cozy seating area with TV all in one space. Easy check-in, close parking, private entrance and patio, chickens, and (shared) fenced yard with trampoline.

We are located in the residential neighborhood of Oakley in East Asheville, with easy access by car to Biltmore Estate entrance, Downtown Asheville, and the Blue Ridge Parkway, all 10 minutes away. You will be in a private suite on the first floor of our home with your own entrance, bathroom, and mini fridge. While our neighborhood fared well in Helene, there are some areas in Asheville that are still rebuilding along the French Broad and Swannanoa River. We greatly appreciate your visits!

Your private suite has: 1) a private bedroom /a queen-sized bed; 2) a private bath /a walk-in-shower; 3) a kitchenette with a Keurig Coffee maker, a microwave, a small sink plus an under-the-counter refrigerator with a separate freezer; 4) a locked private entry into a multi-purpose room that has a loveseat, TV, a drop-leaf table with 2 chairs. The suite has a new independent "HVAC air & vent system", totally separate from our HVAC system, so our Guests have complete temperature control.

In the Trees of West Asheville w/ private deck

Beautiful lower level guest suite in our West Asheville home. Visitors will enjoy a private deck and self- check in key pad entrance to come and go with ease. You’ll enjoy a king bed, a sofa seat that folds out into a single bed and a newly renovated bathroom. Also, while you are planning your time on the town enjoy plenty of snacks, wine, a mini-fridge, microwave & dish-ware. NOTE: My partner and I live in the upper two levels of the home so you will most likely hear footsteps.

The RhodoDen

As its name suggests, The RhodoDen is a cozy 1974 Airstream Argosy nestled among the rhododendron of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Set along a trickling creek with a bonfire ring and a view of nearby Watch Knob, this is "glamping" at its finest. RhodoDen provides an idyllic place to relax, and is a great basecamp for hiking adventures, dining and nightlife in Asheville and Black Mountain, both of which are only 15 minutes away. Plus we are pet friendly! Update 3/24: We built a roof!

Private charming tiny house with loft bedroom. Amazing location: less than one mile from the Biltmore house, 1.5 miles to the Blue Ridge Parkway, 7 minute drive to the heart of downtown. Enjoy a quiet tiny house overlooking gardens, coffee and tea available, refrigerator, covered porch, customized shower with mosaic tiles. This studio is in the privacy of a fenced in area with private entrance. Parking available. Enjoy Michelle's vegetable garden and flowers and stone patio.

Romantic, Moroccan-Influenced Cottage

One of a kind artist owned and designed cottage in heart of East-West Asheville. Walkable to restaurants/shops, 2 miles from downtown and 5 minutes to Biltmore Estate. TWO beds total. The cottage has a Moroccan vibe and includes handmade pottery, art, and textiles. Walls are clay plaster and all bedding is cotton. Eco friendly cleaning supplies used. Try the outdoor tub for hot bath also! Parking is on Bradley street in front of the cottage or main house. Totally private.

Sharp Quarters is the perfect space for your Asheville getaway! It's a 10 minute walk to many restaurants (Walk, Taco Billy, Pizza Mind) and breweries (New Belgium, Archetype) in West Asheville. Visitors have their own parking space and outdoor patio. The Tempur-pedic mattress on our king-size bed offers maximum comfort. We can also add a Pack-N-Play for the little one(s). The neighborhood is perfectly peaceful and safe, yet accessible to all things West Asheville!

Our detached, private, guest house is located on the SE side of Asheville! Easy/Quick access to all of the action and fun Asheville has to offer. We are located near I-40 with an approximate 10 minute/3 mile drive to the Biltmore Estate main entrance or the Blue Ridge Parkway (2.7 miles) and about 13 minute drive to downtown Asheville. Please be aware you will need to climb one flight of stairs to access the unit.

Guest suite located in a peaceful neighborhood. Located 5 minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway, 10 minutes from the Biltmore house and airport, and 15 minutes from downtown Asheville. House has a half acre of land in the backyard and is walkable to several restaurants and a grocery stores. Pets are welcome, but please let us know in advance to provide couch covers *please no smoking of any kind.*
