Condo holiday rentals in Biltmore Village, Asheville

Spent the memorial day weekend at the Elk view. The condo was spacious with a grand view of the mountain ranges from the porch. The hot tub was an added bonus which was filled as set to a comfortable temperature before we arrived. Inside was cozy and spotless clean. Really a great place to relax and unwind yourself. Would definitely love to come back again!

We truly had a wonderful stay in David's condo. The location was spot on for accessing all that Asheville has to offer. We loved the ammenties such as breakfast items and all the nice toiletries. Clean did not even describe the meticulously organized and spotless interior... it was a pleasure to experience. Great linens and towels, fans and all that one needed for a short term stay. Highly recommend!

We were in town for a concert at the Cherokee center and I've gotta say the location couldn't have been better. Very walkable to downtown and a comfy bed to rest in after shopping all day!

It was a wonderful place to stay! We really appreciated how well the listing reflected what we experienced during our stay! It was very spacious and felt homey at the same time. Really nice natural light bounced off of the balcony, and the building itself is quiet. We will 100% return! Info for guests, lively sounds from the street echoed up to the top floor bedroom, even with the windows closed, though the same sounds were much less noticeable in the main floor bedroom, because of the architecture of the building. I always travel with a small sound machine and earplugs (since you never know what to expect) and I definitely needed those for sleeping in the top floor room. But once pulled those out, I slept great! Both beds were super comfortable! We appreciated the allergy friendly laundry soap so we could do a load. The hosts were lovely and responsive to communication! They are very clear about what the unit does and doesn't provide, which we really appreciated too.

Exceeded my expectations. My partner and I had an extremely peaceful and relaxing stay in the mountains. I will be recommending this Airbnb to all who ask about my trip. Much better value than any hotel.

Lovely place and location — could walk to most everything. The street at night was not very noisy and you could not hear neighbors. Everything was very clean and orderly except the patio, which was quite dirty (had to clean before sitting), including the floor. The ice maker did not work which was a bummer (had to run out and buy ice), but other than that, this place was great and highly recommend it!

Great location...walkable, easy access to downtown restaurants and shopping. Our favorite place to stay in Asheville. Well appointed home, comfortable and clean. Host was extremely responsive and helpful. We look forward to staying again.

Our stay with Margaret Ann was just what we needed. It was located perfectly close to Biltmore and convenient to everything Asheville had to offer. My husband young daughter and I felt right at home in the small apartment their pottery studio. There was much of their work around the space and all the dishes were handmade my our hosts. Such a great stay and would certainly stay again!

Tamra was super friendly. All was as described. Area is beautiful. Hot tub, quick walk to Lookout Mountain hiking trails, and short drive to cute Black Mountain town were a big plus!

We had a great time! My kids loved going on the canoe in the pond. We also loved going to the pool after a day out apple picking and hiking. The mornings are also peaceful sitting on the porch with a cup of coffee listening to the waterfall.

We had a wonderful time staying at Kristin's home in Asheville! As many others have noted, it is in a great location, located walking distance to Downtown and South Slope. The bedrooms were spacious and clean, and the bathrooms were spotless. We did bring a car, so having a dedicated spot in a secure garage was a huge plus. While the condo is situated on a moderately busy road and across from the bus depot, we didn't feel like the noise was excessive or any more than we expected. The building, garage, and apartment felt very secure, and we walked everywhere we needed to go without issue. Kristin was very responsive and great to work with. I would not hesitate to stay here again on my next trip!

Although this wasn’t our first visit to Asheville, this rental was definitely our favorite! Incredible amenities and very clean. The patio was our favorite to enjoy coffee in the mornings with our dog. The area is very safe and walkable with a cute little park across the street. Also greatly appreciated their responsiveness and going above and beyond to return a left item back to us! Can’t wait to come back!

It is rare an Airbnb is even better than the photos but Derek and Misty's place was just that. No matter how much time you are planning to spend at the condo it is equipped with everything you could need and more. I have been coming to Lake Lure for over 10+ years and highly recommend their condo if you are coming with 2-3 people. It is also very pet-friendly. Hoping to be back soon!

It was absolutely perfect for our anniversary getaway. Host was friendly and responsive. Area was beautiful and peaceful (even with rebuilding after hurricane helen). Room was perfect just like pictured. Definitely will recommend and plan to return.

This was my second time staying at Lindsay's place and it was just as wonderful as my first visit. The rental is great and is well stocked with everything you could want or need. I hope I'll be able to make a third visit in the future!

This was the perfect place for my husband and I to stay for a family reunion with our twin 6yo daughters. It was cozy so I would say that more than two adults would find it difficult to share the space unless you only needed a space to sleep. The place was clean, had a lovely porch to enjoy the lake views, and was very comfortable.

Lisa went out of her way to make her condo a great 'home away from home' experience. She was very personable and it was obvious that she loved being a great host, after all, she is great at it! We don't travel a lot, so it was very important to us that this was going to be a memorable experience. It was that, and more. I won't hesitate to make a return visit.
