Great location, peaceful, clean place. Great for walks, running as you will find a lot people working out around the neighborhood, ample of parking too. Evelyn is super nice to communicate and helpful. The security guards are friendly, clean and fast elevators. Newly built and well maintained condos.

Cozy unit and significantly furnished with basic amenities. Convenient location and easy check-in. Host and caretaker were responsive and helpful.

the place is very close to southwoods mall. the place is clean and equipped with cooking utensils. highly recommendable if you are staying in the binan area

My parents had a wonderful stay. It has a peaceful atmosphere, no noise around, very near to malls and food places. The only thing that my parents noticed was the linens and towels look dirty and old so they decided to buy instead. My dad cleaned the bedroom AC, and there was cockroaches in the bathroom (which is very typical in tropical countries). Overall, the location, the size of the house and convenience are unbeatable. Definitely, gonna book again.
