Bing was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. The location of Bing’s place is very close to Terminal 3 airport which was perfect for us to fly in and out of Manila. Resorts World Casino and Mall are across the street which made it very convenient. The Condo is exactly as described and the pictures of her place are spot on. I highly recommend staying at her Condo.

My family's stay at this Airbnb was absolutely wonderful! The environment was incredibly quiet and serene, which allowed for truly restful nights and relaxed mornings. What truly impressed me was how easily accessible BGC and McKinley Hill were from here. A quick Grab ride had me right in the heart of the action. It felt like I had the best of both worlds: a tranquil home base and immediate proximity to everything I needed. The apartment itself was spotless, comfortable, and had all the amenities I could ask for. The host was also very responsive and helpful, making for a smooth and enjoyable experience. Our stay was very nice and we felt very comfortable. The host is very responsive to all the inquiries. The place is also nice and very clean when we arrived. The kitchen tools are also complete. The check in is easy and the place is accessible to LRT and. SM Sucat.

The place has everything we need. We truly appreciate the kitchen because my daughter has special diet. Robert provided fresh towels, shampoo, body wash, dishwashing liquid and tissue. The place has everything we could ask for. Plus the neighborhood is safe and walkable. All kinds of establishments are here.

This is one of the very few stays that offer free and paid parking. The paid parking (300 pesos) was super worth it, and made our trip more convenient. It was a decent decent stay. We just booked 1 night so that's all I can say for now. Host was very responsive whenever we have questions.

We had a fantastic stay here! The house was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with strong WiFi and plenty of TVs to keep everyone entertained. Having three bathrooms was a total game-changer for our group. The neighborhood was peaceful, secure, and quiet—perfect for relaxing. What really stood out was the host, Jennelyn. She was incredibly kind, patient, and communicative, even replying late at night when we had questions. Highly recommend staying here—we’ll definitely be back if we’re in the area again!

Veronica's place is perfect – Highly Recommend! We all had an amazing experience - relaxing, clean, comfortable beds and complete with amenities. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive. Tatay Abet also welcomes us warmly and always their when needed. We appreciate that the host even provided us with welcome gifts. There are coffe and complete toiletries where you will that you are home away from home. The location is also perfect. We will definitely go back! :)

This was already our second stay at Marianne's place, which in itself is already testimony to the fact that we like it. Marianne and her brother Ian are excellent hosts that made us feel very welcome. They came across as honest, hard-working and service-minded hosts that were willing to go the extra mile for their guests. The house itself feels very spacious thanks to the extension at the back. It is decorated with beautiful handmade and unique wooden furniture that give the place a very homey feeling. The house is located within a gated community that made us feel very safe. Thank you for letting us stay at your place.

Neil’s place is nothing short of beautiful—every detail is as stunning as the pictures,. Though we only stayed overnight, we found ourselves wishing for more time to enjoy its charm and comfort. Even tho Rupert was over seas in a different time zone he was able to reply in a timely manner, the house is an authentic Filipino household and if you’re born here you’ll feel back at home if visiting from abroad . 10/10 would stay here again if needed

Die Unterkunft ist optimal geeignet, um mit einer philippinischen Familie eine schöne und erholsame Zeit zu verbringen. Urlauber, die hingegen eine Unterkunft mit vorwiegend europäischen Annehmlichkeiten erwarten, werden vermutlich eher enttäuscht sein. Meine Familie sowie die Familien der Geschwister meiner Frau hatten eine wundervolle Zeit und die Kinder hatten jede Menge Spaß im Pool. Einige Bereiche könnten zwar noch die ein oder andere Modernisierung vertragen (Küche), aber ansonsten ist die Unterkunft geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet viel Platz zum Entspannen. Für Aufenthalte mit größeren Familien eine ganz klare Empfehlung unsererseits.

Great location - walking distance to Mitsukoshi and UpTown malls. The bed and bedding were comfy! Place was beautiful, spacious and clean. It’s more of a studio than an actual one bedroom apartment. Water pressure in bathroom was good. Heater worked. There were bottles of water in the fridge (not sure if the host placed it or it was from previous guests). The unit had 2 AC units so the room was cool. The other air bnb i stayed at would only let us use one AC.. The friday night i was there, i was able to hear some music from the bars. Not super load but noticeable, i recommend bringing ear plugs if that would be an issue. Thursday night, i didn’t hear any music. Only issue i had was my boyfriend and i couldn’t connect to the wifi :( It kept saying some error.. I communicated this with the host but it was not resolved. Netflix was working so she said the problem may be on our part but none of our devices would connect. It was only at this airbnb. I would stay here again.

The hosts were very responsive and accommodating to our requests. The place was also clean, aesthetic, and the layout matched the photos. The amenities were also complete and everything was well-organized. Another high note was that the hosts provided Netflix and Prime as well. Overall, the place was great and we’ll definitely book this place again.

It was indeed a great stay, accessible to the stores, clean rooms, complete toiletries, quite nite, able to cook and air conditioning was awesome. Safety wise love it ❤️there’s security in the premises and in the entrance, prior to the building, highly recommend this place. Definitely will stay here again.
