Quiet location in Visby 500 m from the ring wall (1)

Cozy little studio apartment in a courtyard house with a shared patio and a private barbecue that has evening sun in a protected location. A short walk (500 meters) away is the inner city with its characteristic ring wall and only 700 meters away is the eastern center. Older bicycles are available for rent. NOTE: Almedal Week is only rented for a full week! Studio room with kitchenette, single beds (different levels, see pictures). Access to laundry room right outside the front door. Party groups are not allowed as this is a quiet family home.

Enjoy our turn-of-the-century gem in downtown Visby. Bright and fresh apartment, 61 sqm, with high ceilings with nice original details. Central location near the main square with restaurants, groceries, shops. Close to everything, swimming at Kallis etc. A charming two-bedroom apartment on level 2 in a smaller property (3 apartments). View of the rooftops. Spacious bedroom with new continental bed. Sofa bed in the living room. Roller blinds for all windows (except the hall). Lovely secluded common garden, garden furniture and charcoal grill.

A large bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine and dryer. Nu finns där 5 lägenheter helt nyrenoverade med alla bekvämligheter.Husets balkong som ligger på den norra gaveln med morgon sol och kvälls sol har husets gäster tillsammans. Grillen är för gästerna.

Quiet neighborhood, central location

Lugn och fräsch hemma bas för alla upplevelser på ön. Landa i Ekens sängen på kvällen och möt morgonen på uteplatsen. Parkering ingår och bilen kan gott stå kvar då Visbys nöjen och upplevelser nås till fots. Sängkläder ingår. Badlakan och handdukar ingår också. Jag vill att badlakanen stannar i lägenheten så ska du till stranden får du ta med eget badlakan. Städning ingår inte men kan köpas till. Är ni fler än två, vänligen fråga först.
