Huset har 5 lägenheter 2 mindre och 3 större till huset hör en balkong som har morgon och kvälls sol och som husets gäster delar på.En oas till trädgård med många olika rum att sitta och avnjuta en frukost lunch eller middag eller bara koppla av lite.Grillen går mycket bra att använda och Lusthuset välkommen till GLÄDJENS HUS

Gotland limestone house near Visby and the sea

Huset, från 1700-talet, ligger 10km från Visby och 10 min promenad till Brissunds strand och fiskeläge och Krusmyntagården. Själsö bageri ligger ca 5km bort. Det finns två sovrum (en dubbel+ två enkelsängar) samt modernt kök med diskmaskin, grill och uteplats (sommartid) med stor trädgård. Två vardagsrum med öppna spisar. Brant trapp – större hundar kan behöva hjälp. Endast sittdusch pga snedtak. Det ligger lantligt och ostört men nära till stan. Vi bor i lilla flygeln med separat ingång.

Studio house by the sea

The house, called "The Ateljéhuset", is 300 meters from the sea with a ten kilometer long sandy beach in one direction and one of Gotland´s best fishing spots for trout along the cliffs in the other directon. From the bedroom, the dining area and the terrace you can look stright across the Baltic Sea and always hear the waves. The house adjoins to Danbo Nature Reserve. It is a paradise for hikers where you can enjoy untouched nature, yet there are really good restaurants nearby.

Välkommen till Berggränd i Visby, här bor du centralt innanför murarna med närhet till allt du kan tänkas önska så som detaljhandeln, restauranger, havet. Lägenheten har sin ingång från innergården en trappa upp. 35 kvm med en sovalkov med dubbelsäng och bäddsoffa med bäddmått 140cm. Nyrenoverad lägenhet. Secluded cottage on a separate plot for overnight stay for 2 people. Take a 500-meter walk to the sea and enjoy beautiful stone and sandy beaches. Very quiet and untouched area for those who like wonderful nature experiences and to enjoy the tranquility that nature offers. There is proximity to cafés, restaurants and convenience stores within just a few kilometers. The accommodation has electricity, water connection and its own outdoor toilet and outdoor shower.

Mitt i stan hittar du detta unika boende. Granne med ett av Visbys äldsta medeltida packhus ”Gamla Apoteket” och utsikten över vackra trädgårdar och stadens hustak. Lägenheten har tre rum och kök på ca 75kvm varav två sovrum med två 90-sängar i varje. Stort vardagsrum med dekorativ öppen spis.
