We had a lovely night at Keith's place! The beds were cozy, the setting was quiet, check in a breeze, and there were plenty of small touches (such as TWO types of ice to choose from) that made our stay just like home! The gardens were beautiful, the shower head OUT OF THIS WORLD, and the value incredible. Several nice country roads to take a walk on. 10/10 recommend a trip to their Garden Center as well!!! Thanks much for the stay!

Stephanie’s place was great and she was a great host! She was easy to communicate with and was willing to accommodate an early check in even though we didn’t end up needing it in the end. If you are planning to cook, there wasn’t a ton of stuff to cook with in the kitchen so it made it a little tough but we made it work! Thank you Stephanie!

This place was suitable for a long term stay with a fully functioning kitchen and washer with dryer. Yuan was very responsive and kind. This location was very peaceful, not in a busy area. Thanks Yuan!

Has all that it really needs! Very clean and comfortable, everything you could think you would need is right there. The town is small but cute and the people are very friendly. Loved it!

We were in the Ithaca/Newfield area for a wedding and did not want downtown Ithaca. This was 5 minute drive from wedding location and only 10 minutes into Ithaca. Ideal for us. It was clean, all the comnforts of home and Dan & Jackie were so responsive to any questions we had.

For us for the weekend that we were there it was a great location! My son was graduating Binghamton University so it was only about 25 to 30 minutes away from BU and we used our location as a springboard to go to the Great Lakes for some wine tasting the day after graduation so it worked out perfectly! The place was as described. Very comfortable, clean with everything you could want for a few days stay.

Everything was better than expected, from the multitude of paintings throughout the building, to the original wood floors. Also, great matching of time period furniture with the fully stocked modern kitchen, bathroom and shower. Everything was beautiful and clean. The building used to be a Seed Distribution Company for about 50 years, recently entirely remodeled with great respect for the history and artifacts of the building, structural integrity and ingenious use of space. I grew up in Deposit NY, but had never been inside this building. Erik graciously gave my wife and me a tour of the entire building. We would recommend this AirBNB to anyone. We were especially impressed with the huge beautiful loft which spans the entire top floor of the building. If I was an artist, I would rent it in a heartbeat. Gary, from Indiana

It’s a small country side cottage. Very quiet and beautiful. Ideal option for a short stay

Everything was just as described, checking in was fast and simple, the property was beautiful and close to both surrounding lakes as well as the city of Ithaca. The space had every amenity we needed plus some and was one of the most comfortable places we have ever stayed. Short drives to multiple hiking destinations made great starts to all of our days as well. Jaydn was a wonderful host, communicated well and made sure we had everything we needed. Homemade muffins and so e other goodies greeted us upon checking in and it was a start to a great weekend. We would definitely come back and will recommend to anyone visiting the area.

The house is tucked in a very peaceful and serene location . The view from outdoors is beautiful. Mike was very generous to leave some snacks and bagels and cream cheese for us . We had a great time during our stay . Would recommend this place if you love peaceful environments. Thank you for hosting us .

It was a good place but I don’t think it was worth the almost $900 we paid but that’s my opinion..

The place was spacious and relaxing. It had a lot of charm - we loved the old farmhouse feel - and it had everything we needed. I appreciate little things like the electric tea kettle, and that there were extra towels in each bathroom. David was very responsive and helped when we had a small issue, but gave us plenty of space / privacy. We hope to return sometime soon!

We absolutely loved our stay at Semkin’s place. The apartment was comfortable, had everything we needed and was in a lovely location. Bonus points for proximity to the indoor water park! Semkin is a great host and the apartment was very clean. We would definitely stay again.

This is by far one of the best Airbnbs that I have stayed in. The location was perfect and the place was clean. It was super cute and perfect for me and my two daughters. The hot tube was an added plus too!! Would absolutely stay there again! The hosts were super friendly and so helpful. They felt like family. ❤️❤️❤️

If I could give Branka’s place 10 stars, I would. The unit was spotless, had all the amenities you could ask for, and was in a perfect location - close to downtown Ithaca but in a quiet neighborhood. Branka was super friendly. Terrific experience. Highly recommend.

Rented for Grad weekend- walking distance to town, dinner at Toscana and my son’s house. Clean, Cozy, Convenient- perfect stay!
