The pull-out sofa bed provides a convenient sixth sleeping option, complemented by a handy sixth small restroom next to the living room. It's truly fantastic for a group to stay together under one roof, especially with the added convenience with the elevator. While the elevator needs a little getting used to, it's generally a huge plus. The host was incredibly helpful and provided detailed instructions, making for a smooth and enjoyable stay! There’re also a 24/24 convenience store near it house, only 1 mins walk. An’s place was fabulous! Such a great spot in the heart of HCMC. Her communication was fast & reliable & she always answered any questions I had quickly. It was clean & tidy & the pool on the roof was fabulous. Such great views of the city. There was a strong smell upon entering the apartment, which I put down to humidity & being shut up. It seemed to go away rather quickly. It is within walking distance of the Ben Thanh market & there are cafes & restaurants close by. After 4nights, it felt like a home away from home. I would most definitely recommend this place

I had a really relaxing stay at Tony and Bella’s apartment. The space was clean, well-designed, and had everything I needed. The building itself felt upscale and secure, and the facilities like the pool and gym were a great bonus. The bed was super comfortable and I slept really well throughout the stay. The location was also really convenient. It was quiet and easy to unwind, but just a short Grab ride from District 1 so getting around was no problem. Everything was smooth and hassle-free.

Just competed my final stay at Thu’s apartment, I’m so glad I booked this apartment for my majority of my time in Vietnam, Thu is a suburb host that gives details when needed, but gives you total privacy and respect while using her apartment. Thu always replies to messages super quickly! Absolutely grew to love the area around the apartment and found so many fantastic new restaurants and places to hang out around the apartment. Really hope this apartment is available for when I am in Vietnam in january!

I have stayed at this location several times, each with different hosts, and I must say this place continues to be my top choice. Its proximity to the airport makes it extremely convenient, especially if you're trying to avoid the stress of potential traffic jams — you can rest easy knowing you’ll get to your flight on time. One of the best features is the supermarket located right in the basement, which makes grocery shopping incredibly easy. There’s also a convenience store just next door, perfect for quick snacks or last-minute items. I have absolutely no complaints. The host was very proactive and communicated everything clearly from the beginning, which made the entire stay smooth and comfortable. I highly recommend this location and will definitely be coming back.

Clean rooms, great central location just minutes from Bui Vien and Ben Thanh Market, functional washer and dryer and great views of the city. Hosts were great communicators and very helpful throughout our stay.

We chose this place because it's the only Airbnb in Ho Chi Minh that offers free access to both the pool and gym. At most other Airbnbs, you have to pay for every use, but here, you can use the gym and pool anytime you want at no extra cost. The location is great, it's close to District 1 but situated in a quiet and less busy area. The host is very prompt and efficient, regularly checking in to see how our stay is going and asking if we need anything. We requested extra towels, and they delivered them right away after I messaged Hai Yen. I love the gym equipment, they have everything you need. The only thing missing is music to help motivate gym-goers while working out. The pool is also great, it's large and well-maintained. There's even a Family Mart downstairs, so if you get hungry, you can just head down and grab a snack or meal.

I had an excellent experience at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Check-in was smooth, and the host was very friendly and communicative throughout the entire stay.
