Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Vietnam

It was the same as the picture, and I was so happy that there were no bugs.😄 The bedding is clean and fluffy, and the bathroom water pressure is good, and the air conditioner works well. There were unexpected variables, but the host was able to resolve them quickly. ~The best👍 I liked it because I was a Korean host, so I was able to communicate well. It's also easy to grab and move around to enjoy!🚕 If I come to Da Nang next time, I'll stay here again and again!🙂

Right from the off, professional & very friendly. We were met at the property by Chloe, to make our booking in easy. She explained everything to do with the property & where to eat on the first evening. Excellent recommendation 5 mins walk away, “Mate” We had breakfast every morning, which was unbelievably good value & Nhung the cook was lovely very friendly & has obviously made a great effort to learn English. Her number two was also really friendly & they both were always ready with a friendly hello & smile!! 😊 The swimming pool was a great success with me & my grandchildren. A great temperature to revive one’s body!! Everything was as described in the listing. We will be back!! Thanks again Tim & Chloe & the real stars Nhung & her lovely assistant!! ☺️

A perfect family stay! Beautiful welcoming house, spacious and very clean. Ideally located near the local market and within walking distance of the city center and the beachfront. Self check-in much appreciated. Duy was very responsive, available and attentive throughout our stay. I recommend it with my eyes closed and will not hesitate to come back for a future stay in Nha Trang. Once again, thank you for everything!

I stayed with 12 friends. The manager was very kind and the best. The inn itself was very gorgeous and my first trip to Vietnam was a great memory. I will definitely use this place again.

Great place to discover the Mekong river area. Nice house with all you need to enjoy local life in a confortable way. Dung was always helpful and with full of advices which made our stay very confortable. Thanks again.

I could not recommend staying in this place enough! It was the most relaxing stay. The villa is in the perfect location with only a short ride to either the beach or into the old town. It’s so quiet and peaceful and the actual house is very luxurious, perfectly clean and has everything you need. The host is lovely and catered to our every need. If you are looking for a place to stay, this is the place to go!!

Ohh, where do I even begin? Runa’s place is an absolute little gem! Tucked away above a charming café, it’s the coziest, cutest space I’ve stayed in, every corner is thoughtfully decorated with such lovely detail. And Runa herself? Just the sweetest! She was always so responsive and incredibly helpful, giving me amazing tips to explore local markets and hidden cafés. The place has everything you could possibly need, and for the price, it’s honestly a steal. Totally in love with this stay, thank you, Runa! 💛 it.

Great place and staff. I had a great stay. The location is in a really nice area but is a little far from public transit and shops.

We absolutely loved our stay in Hanoi and the accomodation was perfect! Great location and amazing space, spacious and beautiful. The neighbourhood is beautiful and busy but you cannot hear the noise from inside. The only thing is that it s at the 5th floor but that’s not too bad to climb 👌great veggie restaurants near by, highly recommended and would definitely be back 🙏

Beautiful apartment in a brand new building. Full kitchen, washer and dryer that worked well and balcony. Bathroom was great and hot water and AC was perfect. Very very spacious and a 5 minute walk from the beach.

Beautiful apartment that we stayed in for two nights. Was very comfortable and host was extremely accommodating and responsive. Additionally it was walking distance to many cafes and restaurants we had planned to visit.

Tram and her family were very kind and welcoming, and the family owned Art Spa is incredible in every way- we went twice (I recommend go ahead and get the 90 minute massage, you will not regret it!). There are some great coffee places and restaurants on the Island and nearby- we especially loved Nhẫn Cafe & Phở ( Vietnamese Food )! We had their coffees, amazing soup, and fried rice ❤️-& the people running it are so welcoming you just want to keep coming back. We didn’t want to walk to town from the stay because we felt it was too hot and we might be in the way of the motorbikes, but getting a car into or from town is very easy and affordable. Art Villa provides a rare opportunity for an experience that blends a more authentic Vietnamese stay near a family happy to welcome you while having privacy and comforts like the swimming pool and sleeping with an air conditioner.

We stayed two weeks and loved the place as it was home from home not sterile AirBNB. Beautiful furniture, books, good kitchen ( for Vietnam) and pool was great in May’s heat. Brilliant area for central Saigon. Communications amazing and proactive. Thanks.

This place has a great view of Quy Nhon beach and city. Ideal for 2 people but can accommodate for 3 or even 4. Close to some local restaurants and main attractions. Great experience!

I recommend this place to stay; I will definitely be staying here again. The host is really responsive and helpful. The location is strategic, a two-minute walk to the beach, and it is even better when you get a beach-view unit.

I had a fantastic and smooth stay at Mrs. Aroma’s place! She is an exceptionally kind and attentive host, always ready to help and quick to respond. The apartment was immaculate, well cared for, and matched the photos perfectly. What I appreciated most was the excellent location — just a short walk to the restaurants, the beach, and the night market. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. Superb location. Close to most of the place we wanted to visit and we were able to return to the apartment during the day to drop off stuff and rest during the hot summer days. Loan is also a proactive communicator. He gave very clear instructions and was super responsive. Lastly, the apartment itself is just so elegant, making me not want to leave. It’s a dream house to me. Highly recommend to everyone visiting Hanoi!

Chi'a place at A La Carte is exactly as advertised. It's a beautiful unit and building. There is a beach just outside the lobby with amenities available. If you're looking for a place to rejuvenate and relax outside the downtown area this one is highly recommended. Cabs are cheap or you can rent a car/scooter and park underground . Would highly recommend

Absolutely loved our stay at this apartment beside West Lake in Hanoi. The view from the balcony was stunning—peaceful lake by day, sparkling cityscape by night. The apartment was clean, stylish, and well-equipped, perfect for relaxing after exploring the city. The location is ideal, with cafés, restaurants, and local attractions just a short walk away. It offered the perfect blend of Hanoi’s vibrant culture and calm lakeside charm. Our host was friendly and responsive, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Hanoi. We’d definitely love to stay here again!

Perfect extended stay! Huyen is an EXCEPTIONAL, business-savvy host that works tirelessly to ensure every aspect of your stay is pleasant. No sewage smells; yes: hot, strong water flow, consistent WIFI and all of your kitchen items. Ideal stay for peace, during low-volume months. The unit is spotless; furniture and fixtures are not worn down. The complex was built in the last 2 years, and is maintained. PROS VERY quiet; not many people staying in the hotel, & there are not any other active hotels nearby- everything is being developed. But you will not hear any construction. Corner unit. PLENTY of taxis waiting downstairs. Black out curtains Outdoor exercise area on the lake Local vendor market for fresh produce 5 minute ride CONS Closest major grocery store (Big C and MMegamart are 25 minute ride over the bridge to the city) Small refrigerator if you cook frequently Music is VERY loud during weddings & gatherings; usually last 3pm-10pm. Hallways echo; guests' kids are noisy

The location was great, host was responsive and the property is well maintained. The only suggestion would be to provide better toiletries. This was overall a good stay.
