Super responsive host, more than enough space for two people without being on top of each other. Clear spaces to sleep, work at desk, relax on couch. Bathroom design slightly older style to main sleeping, living and kitchen areas. That aside everything works fine, plenty of hot water. Checkin easy, as other stayers mentioned be mindful of stairs up to room. For a couple all good; with children / lot of luggage, little bit more effort. Overall pleasant stay and close to areas of interest and district 1.

My stay at Trang’s place was great. It was super spacious, with a full closet, bathroom with laundry, a kitchen space (first time cooking on this trip which was exciting!), and a really comfy bed. The bathroom didn’t have toilet paper, soap, or shampoo when I arrived, but when I asked about laundry detergent, Trang delivered it really quickly which I appreciated. The kitchen was missing a few basic things like plates, but it did have a good variety of pots and pans and unlimited drinking water. In terms of the area, it’s located down a very local alley in a nice part of the city. I liked the neighborhood a lot, but just a heads up, the Airbnb is directly beside a school, so in the mornings it can get loud with the school kids. That said, the evenings were peaceful and quiet, which was more important to me anyway. Lastly, as a remote worker, having solid Wi-Fi and a proper desk setup was key. The desk was great and the Wi-Fi was even better. Overall, I had a great experience!

Anh's place was a really refreshing place to stay at. After staying in multiple Airbnb which are usually apartment complexes or low-rise condos, it was nice to have a more local and private space to stay at. As described, you'll have the whole floor to yourself and access is via elevator. All the rooms have nice views of the sports complex so no large buildings to block your view nearby. The maid that comes by 3 times a week really helped to keep the place clean and take away the garbage. Overall, it was a great stay and no issues with anything.

Thanh was a very kind and welcoming host. Her nice, warm energy made my stay super comfortable and made the place feel like home. She was also very responsive, always quick to reply and helpful whenever I had a question. The room was very quiet and just as clean as it looks in the photos. The location couldn’t be more convenient. It’s close to D2 and D3, easy to walk or get a grab. There’s a 7/11 around the corner, a fruit shop across the street, and plenty of coffee shops nearby. Everything is within close reach. I highly recommend staying here and would love to come back in the future.

Great value at a great location, perfect for food lovers. There is a lady that selling fruits near by in the early morning hours, great fruits great deals. BichNgoc is very quick in response to my requests.

Lovely place with great staff who took care of daily cleaning and water replenishment, also friendly receptionist and security guard. The living room was huge and kitchen was sufficient, though if we had actually planned on cooking we would have needed to bring more cooking utensils since the ones available were very basic. Would have appreciated another hairdryer, maybe as a wall attachment in the guest bathroom? The only thing that bothered me a little was the fact that the area was under construction, hence the noises and some car horn was on for around 30 minutes at night before being towed away(?). Overall, great value for money for our group of friends and I would recommend this place for your stay in District 2.

This is my home from home when I stay in Ho Chi Minh City. They are always friendly and accommodating. The rooms are super clean and well maintained. It is in a quiet and leafy neighborhood with friendly neighbors.

Very comfortable bed, clean & close to a many restaurants and cafes. High speed internet and close to the Saigon River. Lastly, the host was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I will return in the future.

The room is very nice and private, Landmark 81 view and also has a balcony. The only issue that concerns you is that the room is on the 5th floor of the stairs but I am completely comfortable with that.

Great place, clean, and a very comfortable bed. It's worth noting that the elevator in this building can take a very long time, which is no fault of the Airbnb host of course.

I find the place easily as one will enter through 711 stall. Many restaurants, food joints & Cafe around the area at very reasonable price.

The hotel manager and staff were amazing and responsive. All my queries were and answered within seconds and the place was clean and had a nice at home but away from home vibe. Worth coming here!

A great place to stay in Thai Dien. Quynh was very quick to respond and help during our stay. We stayed for 3 weeks and had no issues, the place was cleaned twice a week with towels and bedding changed. The apartment is a good size, has a comfortable bed and a washing machine on the balcony to use. Would stay here again!

The unit was very clean with lots of sunlight. Good location in Thao Dien near a lot of restaurants and shops and was also close to the river. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The rooms didn't have great sound insulation but overall not a huge deal. I would recommend staying here.

Jack and the staff are awesome. They’ve really taken care of me. Dry your clothes on the line…it’s best. It’s across the way from the metro station and there’s banks, pharmacies, grocery stores and restaurants abound.
