Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Bình Thạnh

Wir haben uns hier sofort Zuhause gefühlt und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Kommunikation war immer schnell und reibungslos. Nach dem Check-out durften wir auch noch unser Gepäck abstellen. Auch die Möglichkeit, seine Kleidung zu waschen, war super praktisch! Wir würden jedem die Unterkunft empfehlen! Die Lage eignet sich hervorragend für ein paar Tage in der Stadt und ist gleichzeitig angenehm ruhig in der Seitenstraße. Danke für alles!!!

Good place.

We loved staying here! Very close to all the hotspots and lots of restaurants and spas just a walk away! It’s definitely for 2 people max. Very clean and modern which we loved. The place is very secure but it was not 100% soundproof. Although surround sounds were present they weren’t a dealbreaker. It’s a great place coming home to after a long day, & free clean, cold water in the lobby was great :)

Great location, great apartment, felt right at home cosy very spacious clean with a good view of the city. the apartment is very big with a lot of space and a cozy living room area where you can sit down and do your work while watching the television. kitchen space has all the amenities to cook a lovely meal in the comfort of your own living area. The location is not right in the city centre so it is more peaceful in the surrounding areas there are many coffee shops and restaurants nice Road to walk along during the daytime and evening. Just a slight warning the apartment is on the top floor with loads of steps and no elevator so going in and out of the building continuously will be a slight issue for anyone old or has any health or leg issues.

A comfortable room and beautifully designed home that was very easy to self check-in during our night layover in Saigon😊🌿 Even just the entrance is lovely as you are stepping into a hidden, tranquil garden kind of space. I believe we met the owner of the house and cafe when checking out, who kindly offered us a seat and fan and helped us with our Grab car before seeing us off. Thank you, Aqua House🤗

This spacious two-bedroom apartment features a large living area and a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for both short and extended stays. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and the location is excellent, just a short walk from the Thao Dien metro station, making it easy to get to Landmark 81 or District 1. Thuy was incredibly friendly and responsive throughout our stay. I’d definitely stay here again!

Very well designed place with space. Its not cramped. Very neatly maintained. I like the towels really smell fresh!

Great room and and surrounding area! Nice balcony with a view over the streets, as wel as a comfortable bed. Also Tam is a great host who is always there if you need anything or have any questions! thanks for having me :)

Koi was a wonderful and considerate host, especially accommodating our late checkout due to a delayed flight. The place itself was cozy, clean, and very comfortable. I would definitely book it again when we return to Vietnam.

Awesome place ! So many little eats and bars around . Love binh Thanh and this is situated in the best location . Apartment was clean and very accessible to get too . Stayed for a week and there was room cleaning and also laundry service. Will definitely come back and stay here in the future . Thanks Henrry!

I am from NYC on the other side of the world. I've been staying at various places on my trips to Vietnam. This place in Saigon is a great value for price, space, over look, comfort and location. The apt room is on a small narrow street all the way in the back. There are cafes, restaurants and spa on this road as well. Follow the photos they send you to find the apt. It's not the first name of the residence you see, but further inward. They have laundry and dryer machines on the common area downstairs. The bed is comfy, and place is maintained very well with good AC, lighting, natural light. Overall very safe place I'd stay here again next time. Thanks

Comfortable, convenient, and beautiful. Lots of amenities nearby. Apartment has quality towels, plenty of pillows, and a good TV. Host is responsive, friendly, and helpful. I would book this again in the future.

Great location if you're looking to be a little bit further out of the business of District 1, but close at the same time. loads of food carts and restaurants, coffee shops, mini marts, and 2 large malls. The apartment has comfy beds and a great sofa! Air con throughout, everything you need. The pool is such a great bonus, especially as a break from the weather. We loved our stay!

Das Apartment liegt in einer der besten Gegenden Saigons und hat mir ausgesprochen gut gefallen. Der Ausblick war fantastisch, das Bett sehr bequem und die Ruhe hat für echte Erholung gesorgt. Ich komme auf jeden Fall gerne wieder!

It's a lovely new building. Gorgeous facilities (Pool, Gym, Door Staff, Garden). Because it's a brand new flat, there were a couple kitchen items I needed to request (drying-rack, extra plates) They were extremely responsive and delivered whatever I needed immediately. True, the apartment is smaller then older apartments in D2, but for me the superb facilities and new fit-out make up for it. Definitely request an apartment with a "River view"....it's bright, quiet and you can watch the ships go by. The neighbourhood is friendly with all the shops you need and feels like a little-village. Highly recommend.

Für uns stimmt das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis. Das moderne Hochhaus, in dem die Wohnung ist, liegt in einem nobleren trotzdem lebhaften Viertel von Saigon. Es gibt viel grün, einen großen Park direkt am Saigoner Fluss. Restaurants, Banken, ein grosses Einkaufzentrum, rund-um-die-Uhr geöffnete Supermärkte. Alles liegt in fussläufiger Distanz. Die Metrostation "Van Thanh" ist zu Fuß in ca. 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Positiv ist auch, der Gastgeber der Wohnung reagiert sehr schnell auf Nachfragen.
