This guest room is ideally located for exploring the north coast of Brittany. 2 km from the sea and shops, on a quiet street. Located on the second floor of a house reserved for 2 guest rooms, it includes a double bed, a kettle with courtesy tray, Wi-Fi access. Bathroom, toilet, reading area and balcony shared between the two bedrooms. Breakfast is served in the dining room or on the terrace depending on the weather. Free parking on site.

The Godelins neighborhood is a "Belle Epoque" villas built by Oscar and Victoria Legris in the early 1900s. Our house is one of these authentic seaside villas.
