The Bigorneau

Independent apartment of 40 m2, located on the ground floor, from our main residence, close to all amenities. it is composed of a kitchen part, a living room. The bedroom is independent equipped with a large dressing room, with an en-suite shower room. The toilet is separate. You have access to a covered terrace with garden views. The Swallows' Nest

A small nest perched in the trees, out of sight, 4 meters from the ground… in an eco-friendly approach. The swallow's nest is a small sphere equipped with a round bed 2.1 m in diameter, which can comfortably accommodate two adults. The hidden terrace in the treetops opens to the east, perfect for an outdoor breakfast. On the ground, you have access to a private area to make your stay more comfortable: bathroom, toilet, mini kitchen

40 m2 all-wood lodge, facing the river, a quiet place inviting you to relax and rest. We are located in the Moulin du Duc Valley, a quiet place with nearby sports and water activities. We are about 15 minutes from the Pink Granite Coast and Perros-Guirec. Lannion city center is a 10-minute walk from the accommodation, as well as the SNCF and Bus station and we are located on the Morlaix-Lannion greenway.
