Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Binnenstad

This was a perfect place to stay for our three weeks in Utrecht. Jochem’s place is bright and spacious, a lovely place to be and right in the heart of the city. We loved being able to walk the few minutes to the canal, shops, cafes, and restaurants. Jochem himself is a fabulous host - so welcoming and helpful. We really appreciated how he went out of his way to make our time there comfortable.

We stayed a few nights with our 2 small kids, mainly to visit Amsterdam, and had a wonderful time. The house was great for us, very clean, enough space for everyone, very nice neighbourhood and restaurants and shops were close by bike or walking. We took the car to the nearest train station (Bussum Zuid) with free parking but without kids and less rain, walking would also have been easily possible. Jaap was very friendly and helpful and we felt very welcome. We would happily come again!

Ein absolut wunderbarer Aufenthalt! Das Haus strahlt eine besondere Wärme und Liebe zum Detail aus – man merkt sofort, wie viel Herzblut Trudy und Dirk hineingesteckt haben. Alles war nicht nur blitzsauber, sondern auch geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Kombination aus historischem Flair und modernem Komfort ist perfekt gelungen. Die Lage im ruhigen, charmanten Dorf Asperen ist ideal, um zur Ruhe zu kommen – gleichzeitig ist man mit dem Auto schnell in Städten wie Utrecht oder Rotterdam. Besonders schön war auch der kleine Garten, in dem wir viele entspannte Stunden verbringen konnten. Trudy und Dirk waren unglaublich herzlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam – wir haben uns rundum willkommen gefühlt. Ein Ort zum Wiederkommen! Vielen Dank für diese liebevolle Unterkunft!

Hans est un homme charmant et très accueillant. Sa confiance nous a conforté. Un véritable délice cet appartement typiquement Hollandais, au dessus de cette jolie galerie d'art, situé dans le centre de Gouda. La description était vraiment fidèle. Merci encore a Hans pour nos petites conversations artistiques ! Nous recommandons vraiment.

Me and 3 friends had a perfect stay at Marleen's place for a week. The place was very nice and comfortable, with a lovely little garden in the back. The kitchen was very well equipped for cooking. There were coffee pots and a coffee machine. In the living room, there was a good sound system with bluetooth connection. The place is close to the bus stop, but it is also only a 20 min walk to the central station, and around 10 min to reach nice areas with many good bars and restaurants. During that week, we also took care of Marleen's cat Jules! Jules was a bit shy at the beginning, but quickly started liking to stay around us, which was lovely! Marleen is a very kind and attentive host, she always replied very quickly and was very helpful every time we needed something. Staying at such a good apartment with such a good host had a strong positive impact on our holidays. We definitely recommend visiting Utrecht, and it possible, staying with Marleen!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was beautiful, and we really enjoyed being surrounded by nature. It was a very relaxing and special time – we’d love to come back again!

I love this place! Great host, amazing location, all the amenities and meticulous details. But first, Utrecht itself is beautiful, a lovely place to stay and well worth a visit – and this home is close enough to the train station and city that it’s very easy to get around, however, it’s far enough away that there wasn’t any street or party noise. Back to the home – you are genuinely staying in someone’s home, just how Airbnb was meant to be! It was so well organised, personal items were packed away so we had plenty of space and everything just worked and we felt right at home, because we were. Everything was perfect and we especially loved Sophie, the other host (cat). She was adorable and friendly and we have no doubt she would have fixed any issues if we had any. Thanks for a great stay! We highly recommend it and would stay here again!

Ruben's sweet ground Level Flat was perfectly Situated for our 2 night stay in Amsterdam. Located literally around the corner from the Rijksmuseum and the major tram stops it was so easy to get around. The space is clean and bright. We really appreciated the quiet backyard Patio after a day of exploring Amsterdam. We would stay again.

I’m emotional about leaving this absolute treasure of a rental- wish we could stay forever. We booked Darley’s on the recommendation of well-traveled local friends who literally *moved* to Hilversum after staying here and told us it was the best Airbnb of all time. (These friends also know that I’m finicky about vacation rentals and generally prefer hotels.) I’m SO glad we listened to them. This is, without a doubt, the most beautiful, well-appointed, lavish, thoughtfully stocked, gorgeously furnished, comfortable Airbnb ever, and now I’m probably ruined for all others. It could have been half as incredible for twice the price - we’d still be delighted. I’ve never felt more at home while traveling. We had all the privacy, comfort, provisions, fresh flowers and fruit, random fun perks, great water pressure, immaculate cleanliness, inspiring corners, luxurious linens, and other copious supplies we didn’t know we needed. Thank you, Marielise, for the Airbnb experience of a lifetime. WOW.

Laurent is a fantastic host: helpful, always ready to give great advice about his neighborhood and beyond, and super quick to respond to messages. We asked if we could leave our luggage after check-out so we wouldn’t have to carry it around all day, and he was happy to help. On the first day, he even welcomed us with some snacks and wine, and there’s also coffee and tea available. The house is a typical Dutch home, so the stairs to reach the apartment on the third floor are narrow and steep — a great way to stay in shape! The apartment itself is clean, well-maintained, and tastefully decorated. The little terrace is really lovely . the neighborhood is a great place to stay: full of shops, bars, and restaurants. It’s well connected by public transport (line 4 takes you to the city center and line 3 to the museum district), but you can also reach the center with a 25-minute walk. This was my best experience with Airbnb. I absolutely recommend it.

That’s my 2nd time at this flat. Great quiet place where to stay. The flat has everything you need and Anne is very friendly and helpful.

Dieser Ort ist zauberhaft! Wir haben die Tage in dem so hübsch eingerichteten Dachgeschoss und den Tieren im Garten rundum genossen. Unsere Tochter (knapp 2 Jahre alt) hat das Spielen im Garten und das Tiere streicheln so geliebt. Wir haben uns wie in Bullerbü gefühlt! Mirjam stand uns immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, hat jeden Tag ein frisches, super leckeres Frühstück für uns vorbereitet und uns Fahrräder geliehen. :-) Ganz große Empfehlung!!

Our stay at Vincent's apartment was lovely. It really was super clean, absolutely no clutter, and the bed was very comfortable. The street was quiet and away from the touristy areas. However, it was just a short walk to the busier areas and the museums, a real plus. The steps up to the apartment were indeed very steep. We mentioned this to our Dutch friends and they said "welcome to Amsterdam"! They are part of every house so we accepted this and got used to them. Vincent's Check In instructions were clear and we had no problems. We had a very memorable stay. Thank you, Vincent.

Der Aufenthalt bei Marjolein und Michiel war außerordentlich schön und gemütlich. Ruhig gelegen, wunderschönes Ambiente mit privater Teichterrasse und Garten. Ideal für Radtouren zum Weltkulturerbe zu den Mühlen in Kinderdijk, Rotterdam, sowie nach Dordrecht gelegen. Auch der Wasserbus ist sehr zu empfehlen! Da mein Mann 60 wurde, hatte Michiel uns aufmerksamerweise eine schöne Flasche Prosecco vorab in den Kühlschrank gestellt. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und umfangreich. Die Betten sehr bequem. Das Zimmer ließ sich insgesamt zum Schlafen gut abdunkeln. Das Auto konnte sehr sicher auf dem Hof abgestellt. Vielen herzlichen Dank nochmals für den wunderbaren Aufenthalt!! We hebben zó genoten van ons verblijf! Het huisje is van alle gemakken voorzien en voelt heel luxe aan. De keuken is ruim en volledig uitgerust – we hebben er met veel plezier gekookt. Ook de douche en het hele huis zijn comfortabel en ruim opgezet. Het uitzicht op het groen was echt fantastisch. Je komt meteen tot rust. Elke ochtend en vaak in de avond maakten we een wandeling door het mooie bos met bijzondere vogels en herten. De host was ontzettend vriendelijk en gastvrij. Altijd in voor een praatje en we vonden het erg gezellig. Als we iets lekker vonden ruiken, kregen we spontaan iets te proeven, zo lief en attent! Kortom: dit is een absolute aanrader, of je nu een paar dagen of langer wilt verblijven. We komen hier graag nog eens terug.

Max is incredibly helpful. The apartment is modern, stylish and in a great location for visiting Amsterdam. The streetcar is just around the corner as is a market and numerous restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Wir haben zu zweit drei Nächte in der wunderschönen Unterkunft gewohnt. Das Zentrum von Zaandam ist fußläufig (20 Minuten) oder mit dem Fahrrad (5 Minuten) zu erreichen. Nach Amsterdam braucht man mit dem Bus einen knappe halbe Stunde. Yafit und Jerry sind sehr herzliche Menschen. Yafit hat uns am ersten Morgen ein leckeres Frühstück gemacht und zur Begrüßung standen kalte Getränke im Kühlschrank. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man benötigt. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Wir haben es geliebt abends, nach einem langen Tag, ein Bier auf der Außenterrasse unter Lichterketten zu trinken. Unser persönliches Highlight der Wohnung ist die Badewanne, welche im Badezimmer durch eine Öffnung in der Wand zu erreichen war. Absolut gemütlich!!

My family of four stayed at Max’s place for four nights. The location is great, with just about an hour’s drive to many popular destinations in Holland. The view of the lake from the balcony was beautiful. The apartment was clean and spacious. We truly enjoyed our stay in this quiet and peaceful neighborhood, and we will recommend it to our friends and family if they visit Holland in the future.

We had a great time in this sweet apartment. We loved sitting in the living room overlooking the canal and appreciated the great shower and overall layout of the apartment. The location is fantastic. Very residential and more peaceful than other parts of the city we have been to. We highly recommend it!

This place was wonderful! It was just as described. We enjoyed listening to the birds (wild parakeets and others) as we sat on the balcony in the mornings. The stairs are steep and narrow but that is just part of being in Amsterdam. One thing to note, there are 2 showers, 2 sinks, but only 1 toilet. It didn’t cause any problem for me, but those staying in the first floor bedroom will have to climb up stairs in the middle of the night. Overall, I highly recommend!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Mel & Henri’s place! From the moment we arrived, they were so warm and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and full of charm—it truly felt like a home away from home. Every little detail was thoughtfully arranged, and their hospitality made all the difference. We would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Suzanne’s loft is truly a home away from home and filled with all the comforts and amenities you could ever need! So refreshing while traveling. We stayed only three short nights and our only regret is not staying longer. The loft is in the perfect location just a block away from restaurants, bars, and shopping. The street is so picturesque and we woke up Saturday to a beautiful linen market! Thankyou for hosting us and for your amazing communications! 🧡🧡

Gospodarz wypełnił lodówkę niespodziewanym poczęstunkiem napojami oraz winem, co nas miło zaskoczyło. W mieszkaniu było dużo miejsca, było ogólnie ładnie. Troszkę zmarzłam w nocy, ale w gorące dni będzie super. Słychać było kroki mieszkających nad nami oraz jak ktoś używa wodę, ponieważ dom jest dawno wybudowany. Napewno bardzo ładny ogródek. Bardzo uprzejmy i pomocny Gospodarz.
