Located 3 km from the sea and Marineland, 15 km from the airport, less than 1.5 km from the Bastide du Roy. Free parking. Beautiful 35 m2 duplex at the gates of the old town, 7 min walk to the beach and the Provençal market. The apartment has a beautiful bedroom and a very designer bathroom, a beautiful kitchen, as well as a living room. This beautiful loft was created and arranged by an interior designer, enhancing the stone wall, beams and IPN. Perfect for a lovely vacation! The apartment is on the 1st floor without elevator access in a small building.

Charming app: Nid de L'Airette, Biot

The little apartment is located on the ground floor of a three-storey 'maison de village', overlooking the Verrerie de Biot. The quiet square in front is still known under its name, 'Place de l'airette - respire and rest' . Direct access by car is not possible. Free Public Parking is available at the bottom of the village, ca. 5 min walk up the hill taking the "Calade de Tinée", access for disabled people is not recommended.
