Holiday rentals with breakfast in Biot

Our stay in Antibes was absolutely perfect, thanks in large part to Bertrand and his accommodation. Everything was there: • Easy and fast communication with Bertrand. • The house matched the description and photos perfectly. • Great location to explore the French Riviera without traffic jams. • Quiet and secure neighborhood • Air conditioning was a real plus for our comfort. • Beautiful garden, very nice to relax. • Perfect pool, never overcrowded, which allowed us to fully enjoy it. • Very comfortable bedding, ensuring good nights of sleep. I recommend Bertrand's rental without hesitating. It's a safe bet to take full advantage of this beautiful area.

A perfect setting in the hills, the apartment is at the top, functional and very nice. The sauna and spa tub a delight to relax!! A hearty, and local breakfast, don't hesitate to come try!!

Great warm welcome from Christiane, René and little Lola! The exterior is beautiful and the totally private pool/summer kitchen space is ideal for cooling off and relaxing in complete privacy. The location is ideal for visiting the surroundings by car (Grasse, Thorenc, Gourdon, etc.); the village center and the supermarket are literally a 5-minute walk from the accommodation. Thank you for this idyllic break!

Gisèle is very welcoming and available, she advised us on sightseeing and restaurants …😊 We only spent one night but the experience was good! The linen smelled good… and the beds are comfortable! Several pleasant terraces! Note that a studio for rent is also attached to the accommodation but does not cause any inconvenience…

Our stay at the new Villa Topolino was excellent: the villa itself is very nice and welcoming, recently refurbished and pleasant to live in, even with two families at the same time. Rebecca has offered extra support during a storm that stopped electricity in the neighborhood. The shared spaces including the patio, an amazing garden, plus the external jacuzzi and external kitchen are beautiful to enjoy from morning to night. The location is very convenient and silent all day and night, close to Garoupe beach, and to the sentier du Littoral. Antibes is 20 min walk. Rebecca has been a wonderful host, very proactive, welcoming, patient, she made everyone feel at home.

A real cocoon for a moment for two! Everything was perfect: jacuzzi, sauna, pool, mood lighting, not to mention the warm welcome and impeccable cleanliness. We'll be right back!

I had a wonderful stay at Coralie’s apartment! The place was lovely and impeccably clean, making it a perfect retreat. I especially enjoyed being able to sleep with the window open, letting in the fresh air. I had to work in the evenings during my stay, and I was pleased to find that the internet was excellent—reliable and fast, which made my work much easier. While the apartment is a bit on the outskirts of Nice, it was actually quite convenient, especially with bike rentals right outside. It made exploring the area a breeze! I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Nice. Thank you, Coralie!

The apartment is huge and maybe nicer than the photos show. Large rooms, high ceilings, and a pleasant atmosphere looking out over a lush courtyard. Bountiful air conditioning, good WiFi, and quiet at night. The location is excellent- very central to the train station, the old town, and the promenade. It’s extremely convenient to transportation (which is really easy to use in Nice). The big train station is a close walk, but it’s also a block away from both tram lines as well as multiple major bus lines. Great place.

Sarah was a wonderful host making sure our stay would be to our expectations. The apartment was clean and tidy and we really enjoyed the terrace. It is a quite neighborhood with a good walking distance to the train and to old town. I really enjoyed ours stay, and would love to come back!

We were looking for a place to work remotely and explore—and this location was perfect! Just a short walk to a big supermarket, with plenty of cafes, restaurants, and a few gyms nearby. What truly amazed us was the closeness to the sea and the long, wide promenade. In about 20 minutes (along the coast!), you can reach the train station with connections to Nice, Cannes, and Monaco. There’s also a nearby bus stop with routes to surrounding towns. We worked remotely and had everything we needed—fast internet, a well-equipped kitchen, air conditioning, and a quiet, friendly neighborhood. Everything matched the description, and the place even felt more spacious than in the photos. Highly recommended—whether you want to relax, work, explore, or do it all! The hosts are very kind and helpful. Thank you, Xavier and Massa, for hosting us!

We had a lovely stay. Great location near all attractions easy to find. Had everything we needed in the apartment lots of room. Beds comfortable and place clean.

I had a pleasant stay at Gael’s studio apartment. The apartment was clean, with all necessary amenities ( air conditioning, hair dryer, washing machine etc) and charming balcony with mountains view ! Place is close to shops, restaurants, pharmacy and short walk to the tram stop which takes you to the centre in 15 min. Gaël was very nice and responsive, I wanted stay few more days and he was flexible with the booking.

Great central location, 2 minutes walk to beach 5 minutes to train station, great access via trains to Antibes, Cannes, Nice, Monaco etc. Lots of restaurants and bars on the doorstep. The terrace is huge and a big plus. We enjoyed our stay immensely

Any questions I had were answered almost immediately, and he went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. He is proactive communication before and during the stay made the whole experience seamless and stress-free. I had an amazing stay at Bibi’s Airbnb in Nice, truly one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had! The space is private, peaceful, and beautifully set up, with a balcony that offers the most stunning view. Her two cats are so friendly and added a lovely, homely touch to the whole stay :) There’s also access to a nice residential pool, which was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Bibi is a wonderful host, warm, thoughtful, and generous. She provided breakfast every morning, which was not only convenient but also delicious. Everything about the place made me feel relaxed and well taken care of. I highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Nice, you won’t be disappointed!

Everything was perfect, the setting is beautiful and very refreshing, the hosts are attentive, very friendly and make themselves available as much as possible. The accommodation itself is very pleasant, well-equipped and in a good location. There is parking just next door but if we are on foot (like us), we are close enough to transportation but far enough away to be away and quiet for the duration of the stay. We also have great walks to do in the surroundings... In short, as we said when we left, if we could have put more than 5/5 we would have done it!! We hope to come back occasionally and maybe enjoy the river a little closer. Not brave enough to swim in winter!!

It was our third stay at Philippe and Mireille's and we recommend Patio 53 100%. The garden, the pool and the whole place are really beautiful. In addition, Philippe and Mireille have very useful recommendations for restaurants and places to visit in the area. You can be sure to have a very nice stay in a soothing setting.

We had a wonderful stay at Pascal’s. She was always friendly and helpful, making our stay truly enjoyable. We loved the pool and the house itself, which was always clean and very stylishly decorated. We highly recommend both the accommodation and Pascal, and we hope to be back soon!
