It is very comfortable for a couple who prefers to sleep on a (new) King mattress. Also would be great for travel nurses with close proximity to the hospital. Additionally, this unit is upstairs and has two locking entrances for added security. Includes off-street parking space and full washer and dryer.

Unfortunately the space is not suitable for children and we have a 2-person maximum.
