It's all about the location! Walk right out to the beach and boardwalk. Spend your days on the beach and walk to everything--Mission Bay, bars, restaurants, Crystal Pier, Belmont Park, etc. Leave your car at home because finding street parking can be difficult. Our second-floor studio is perfect for one person or a couple. Unplug for a few days or a week. Enjoy the unobstructed ocean view and beautiful sunsets. Surf Studio is on our family occupied property in Pacific Beach, 2 blocks from Crown Pt. Shores Park on Mission Bay, where miles of bike paths lead to the beach and around the bay. Near Mission Bay Golf, Sea World, shopping and restaurants. Surf Studio is on the ground floor of a 5 unit apt building behind our house. We offer off street parking for 4 vehicles. If a larger apt doesn't have a car, you may be able to park on the lot. Street parking is also available.

Rental has everything you need to pack light (beach towels, beach chairs, full kitchen, professionally cleaned rental, etc.) I am an Airbnb Superhost that has hosted over 300+ vacations, I have a 5 star rating, and have never cancelled a booking. This is a must see! Please note that parking is NOT available, but there is free street parking.
