Great place and very clean upon arrival. I enjoyed my stay and it was very close to the beach! The host was very attentive and responsive.

This is a marvelous place for family (or other) get-togethers. Very thoughtful furnishings and details. There are two large gathering places - one indoors and one in the backyard, so people can break off into smaller groups. Dining, shopping and entertainment (park, beach, etc) are all nearby. Lots of gear for kids (which we really appreciated). Great communication with/from the host. We would love to go back.

We really enjoyed our stay! The casita was clean, nicely decorated, and had a great yard for our dog. The home was close to beaches, restaurants, and everything we wanted to do. We appreciated the driveway parking and the fact that Alex was easy to communicate with and allowed us to check in early. The airplane noise is noticeable so I’d recommend headphones/ear plugs to get to sleep. Thanks for a lovely stay!

We had a great stay! The home was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed to feel at home. The enclosed yard was a nice bonus for our pup, and the location was perfect and to all our favorite spots.

Excellent location for walking to town and access across tracks to beach. Enjoyed walking along wildflower bordered paths with view of the Pacific. Great views from deck and living room.

Nick's place was amazing. It was walking distance to the beach and plenty of excellent food options. The home was clean and spacious. We had 4 adults and 3 children, and there was plenty of space. Nick was kind and very accommodating.

Great experience staying at this cozy spot! Clear instructions, really flexible host, and wonderful stay and experience overall. Would definitely do it again and recommend to friends!

It was wonderful. The views from the deck were amazing. Every bed was comfortable. I loved the bowl of gummy’s they had for us 😁. It’s was perfect for our family reunion everyone had privacy and the family room’s furniture was perfect to cozy up by the fire and watch tv. I loved the weather there. I opened up the windows and we had perfect weather so we never had to turn on the air conditioner. Kelly allowed us to put the cover over the pool and it warmed up the pool and the grandkids had a blast. We had multiple generations at home ( 4 generations from 85?to 1 yr old 😁) and everyone was happy. Thank you for the opportunity to enjoy family together.

This was a great home to rent. Very easy, good communication with owners, plenty of room and amenities and situated in a good area - close to many places of interest. We will return!

Stay at Katri’s was great. Had delicious cookies waiting for us when we checked in, which was a breeze. House was spacious and entire lot was very big. Pool was great and even after we had told them that no heated pool would be necessary, Mother Nature had a different idea and gave us some more than unexpected chilly weather, so they had no problem throwing the heater on for us. Freeway in the background was hardly a noise problem for us personally. Just far enough that it didn’t affect us, and was nice to see what our morning commute was going to be like. Brought two dogs with the group that absolutely loved everything (after one of them finally got over his fear of the staircase). All in all a great stay in a great neighborhood. Cant comment more how quickly they responded to us in the days leading up to the trip, and while we were there. Great hosts!

Anthony’s apartment was just what I needed for my adult son and me. 2 twin beds in the living room worked well as another bedroom without the cost of a 2 bedroom. The kitchen is small but had all we needed to make bfast in the mornings. Helpful to have a parking spot in back and washer dryer in unit. I really enjoyed the location next to an urban park, pretty neighborhood for walks, and short walk to restaurants and coffee shop. Anthony was super helpful when we arrived.

Wonderful place for a family visiting. Definitely check it out if you are visiting UCSD student.

Quiet location, exactly as pictured and described. Parking could be a challenge if you have a large vehicle but being able to park in the garage made it easier. Great communication!

This was heaven on Earth! I will remember this stay for the rest of my life. The hosts are so generous, welcoming, and easy-going. We felt relaxed and free throughout our entire stay. They remembered my bday and hung a birthday banner in the living room! We brought our dog and they were SO chill about letting our sweet old doggy explore the grounds off leash and even accompany us up to the pool at the house! We had our 1.5yr old with us and made epic joyful memories as a family just enjoying the grounds for the weekend. This was the first time our daughter had ever seen a goat, a sheep, an alpaca, bunnies, or chickens in real life. Watching our toddler and our dog explore the animals side by side was my favorite thing I’ve experienced in life so far! It was so special watching my child soak it in, I can’t describe it. My family and I LOVE the Tipsy Goat Ranch and the amazing hosts. We can’t wait to come back! Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

We loved staying at Wil’s place. The place was amazing, cozy and everything we wanted for our family. We loved the aesthetic, and the pool was so fun to play in. It was quiet but close to everything we wanted to do, so it was the perfect place to come back to after a long day out. The host and hostess were amazing, friendly and extremely helpful. We can’t wait to visit again.

It was a great cozy stay. I give it a 10 out of 10. The location is perfect. You are one block away from the beach check-in and check out with simple. They had a lot of beach accessories available for use such as bikes, boogie boards, umbrellas, beach, chairs, beach towels, and even a cart to bring all these things with you. You have your own private parking spot. The host did a daily check-in to make sure your stay was going great. We had such a great time. I will definitely be renting again and will refer anyone. I know that is going out to Mission Beach.

The hosts were very friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in early on short notice. The location was just a short walk to beach and close to a few food spots and a grocery store . The place was incredibly clean and well-maintained. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a spot in and around La Jolla.

The location of this house is the big seller. Just a short stroll to the beautiful Windinsea beach meant we could walk the beach every morning and evening. Easy drives to downtown San Diego and to the Cove area with its wildlife, restaurants and shopping. The house and amenities are nice too. Hot tub was perfect and the upper deck has great views! The hot water heater was not working but they sent out technicians as soon as they heard about it and was fixed same day. And you do have to walk up a flight of stairs to enter the space so be prepared. The whole family had a wonderful time.

Sydney and Jack's home was the perfect place to celebrate a special family occasion. It is beautiful, clean and stocked with the right supplies. I had a letdown when I had to come home to my house :). They were so lovely to work with and were great communicators. We loved the location - especially for coffee and the beach!

Had a great stay! Being a fairly new listing, the home was pristine. Beds were comfortable, kitchen and bathroom were clean, and living room was spacious. Front yard was super fun for relaxing and playing a mean game of ping pong. The location was fabulous - truly steps from the beach, with two different entry points. The management company was incredibly responsive and kind. They even had an extra blanket sent to us next-day by Amazon! A few things to consider: - parking was easy, but I could see it being much more difficult on warm beach days (it was chilly and cloudy during our stay) - the listing said owners were rarely there, but they were present the whole weekend - which is fine, but not true to the listing. - there could have been a few more creature comforts in the house, but that also comes with more use. - the private beach access path is quite overgrown so just watch your step! - we came with our young kids, and I’d say it is not the most kid-friendly.

Spencer’s place was amazing!! Beautiful home and a great overall location for visiting San Diego. Very comfortable. Easy to get to all of the fun San Diego activities. Would 1000% recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay

This Airbnb was an absolute gem! The decor was beautiful and thoughtfully done, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was sparkling clean — it felt like a mini retreat. The location was perfect — in a lovely neighborhood and close to everything I wanted to see. Whether I was out exploring or relaxing at the beach, this stay had the ideal mix of comfort, style, and convenience. I’d definitely stay here again!

If you like architectural style and a mix of craftsman and industrial chic, this is a beautiful home with a lovely backyard and hut tub. No complaints at all, a quiet area in Bird Rock. So much to like here, functionally and aesthetically. If I had to identify a complaint it would be around the complexity of the lighting and TV and audio controls. Fortunately this was not an important consideration for my stay.
