Very cozy and quiet cottage in an idyllic area. Super friendly host and had plenty of great recommendations for us. The sauna is also Finnish approved! 😉

Had a really lovely stay. The place was immaculate and everything was as described. There’s a really helpful folder inside giving ideas on where to visit for dog friendly days and walks. Can’t wait to visit again! Beautiful place and such a wonderful hosts.

We absolutely loved our stay such much so we didn't want to leave. Sitting & having a few drinks with the family in the beautiful garden after a day out was very relaxing. Would definitely stay here again & would highly recommend - could not fault our stay. Thank you Crystal x

Absolutely stunning place. Like a super luxurious safari lodge! Whole area is beautiful and everything in the lodge is state of the art. We stayed with our 3 kids who fought over who would get the canopy bed in the lounge. Loved the hot tub, had a fab bbq and slept like babies. Spent a day at west wittering beach which is close by and felt like we were abroad. Sarah’s lovely and couldn’t do enough for us. She even let us stay all Sunday as they had no-one arriving at no extra cost. Who does that? We’ll definitely be back!

Neil was such a fantastic host, very welcoming and made us girls feel right at home! The location was perfect, a beautiful countryside setting. The cottage itself was completely tucked away within the farm grounds and felt very private! Plenty of space & lovely garden / hot tub with stunning views over fields. So lovely and we’re already looking at booking for a winter girls trip! Thanks again to Neil & his family for hosting us!

We had a great time at John and Philippa’s house. The pictures were very accurate and both the house and the location were great. Everything was clean, the house was super well equipped. The hosts were very friendly and available for any doubts. We definitively recommend the island cottage and would love to go back someday.

The converted stable has been finished to a very high standard and is absolutely beautiful. Fabulous bathroom with a lovely roll top bath as well as an excellent shower. Kitchen finished to a very high spec with all needed utensils in place. Bed was extremely comfortable with great quality pillows & duvet. The hot tub was the icing on the cake, which we enjoyed every day. We were lucky enough to see two red squirrels when out walking early in the morning as well as a barn owl 🥰

Absolute perfection and nothing less! Run like a 5 star resort. Stunning grounds, well thought out extras and extremely cosy. The pond and animals are a bonus as they make the visit feel even more homely. The shop is adorable and such a clever idea. The place was immaculate. Cannot complain one bit. Don’t give it a second thought.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our weekend in Clairs cottage. It is decorated beautifully and you feel at home straight away! Communication was excellent throughout, it’s no wonder Clair is a ‘super’ host! Wish we could have stayed for longer. Thank you Clair…xx

Lovely cozy cottage. Was warm and inviting . Quiet at night and had everything we needed. Plenty of instructions and easy to check in. Highly recommended

Honeysuckle Cottage is on the main road through East Meon but once inside it is quiet. All the furnishing and equipment are good quality and although the cottage is small, there is plenty of storage and it has everyone needed for a relaxing weekend. As others have said the second bedroom is very small but our son and his girlfriend slept comfortably and had enough space for their clothes. The garden is secure, so perfect for our dog. It’s also a sun trap so we were able to enjoy relaxing outside even though it wasn’t particularly hot weather. There are many excellent walks on the doorstep with stunning views. We were able to eat at The George on a couple of evenings and didn’t use our cars all weekend, which was just perfect. We did not park our cars on the main road but there’re plenty of places to park in the village, including the car park.

It was a thoroughly enjoyable stay, all queries were delt with professionally and efficiently. I would thoroughly recommend the accommodation and we intend to return in the near future.

We had a great stay at this cute cottage. The beds are really comfortable and the kitchen is fully equipped. We loved the atmosphere of the place and we thought it fits well with Arundel town. Highly recommended!

Great location for dog walking. Comfortable and quiet, yet close to Newport.

We used India Cottage as a base whilst we attended the IOW music festival 2025. Although the majority of the time was spent else where, the cottage was absolutely perfect in every way. Simon (the host) was the perfect host. Excellent communication, absolutely flexible on arrival and departure times. The cottage itself is beautiful, and with everything and detail accounted for. We even had a welcome hamper when we arrived. I think apart from the location being perfect, the best part of this property was the sun terrace at the rear of the property, absolutely stunning and with fantastic sea views. The photographs do not do it justice! I would definitely use this property again, I highly recommend it. Thank you Simon for allowing us to share your home 👍🏻

Great accommodation and facilities, pool, games, etc.

if you want to stay in a dream chocolate box cottage, this is the place for you! the cottage is beautiful, with stunning gardens in a quiet location. it's near to all attractions with a great view of the sea. a very comfortable stay and I will definitely be booking again in the future! Sylvie was the perfect host, giving ideas of places to visit and always responsive to any questions we had. A lovely stay in a beautiful house!

We stayed there for a long stay and the area and the building are amazing. Our dogs joined us and loved the beautiful walks around the area. There are plenty of restaurants and pubs nearby and you are close to Chichester. The cottage is beautiful and the site is fabulous. We would love to stay in the same location again

Bridget and Chris were fantastic hosts. Would go above and beyond to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The place is situated in a lovely area, close to shops/resturants etc but also lovely forest and field walks! The BnB came with a wonderful kitchen and walk in shower, all spotless and to top it off, I could enjoy a cold beer in the sun on the outdoor decking area. I stayed for approximately 4 weeks, and it was just what I needed, a home away from home. Both are lovely and welcoming people and I couldnt recommend their BnB enough.

This is an outstanding airbnb. The cottage is gorgeous - charming, immaculate, well equipped, spacious and extremely comfortable. The village of East Meon is also gorgeous, as is the countryside around it, full of walking paths and country pubs. And there’s more, you will find generous breakfast provisions and a variety of delicious home made treats, and a lovely garden in which to enjoy them. Yet more, and best of all, Richard and Gaye are the best hosts and nicest people you will meet. There needs to be an extra category of especially outstanding airbnbs such as this.

What a brilliant place! Very easy to follow instructions led us to a peaceful, well furnished and comfortable spot. Ideal location for our trip with a bonus of several pubs within short driving distance. Definitely recommend.

We have just spent nine nights at Ruth's wonderful cottage. It was perfect for a longer stay, with a really useful large wardrobe to store all our clothes, a large bathroom with complementary toiletries and a wonderful deep bath, perfect after a day of walking, and a fantastic kitchen with all mod cons. It was so handy to have use of the washing machine too for our longer stay. We never had any trouble with parking - we often managed to get a space on the road or else the free car park was very convenient. Ruth was very responsive and we just had the most relaxing, perfect stay. We wouldn't hesitate to book again - it's fab!

We had a lovely weekend break at Nikki’s cottage. Beautiful surroundings, extremely comfortable and so close to great restaurants, beaches and places to visit. We were sad to leave!
