On the lower floor, there is 1 bedroom, a kitchen-living room, a bathroom, a toilet and a large veranda-style balcony; on the upper floor, there is a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a balcony, and 1 children's room (2 single beds). It is surrounded on all four sides by a lawn area and has a swimming pool. Terrestrial broadcast TV is also available. There is a very large grass garden with a pool and a barbecue. The kitchen has cutlery, plates, pots, a refrigerator and a dishwasher. There is 24-hour hot water.
