The black beach of calm and tranquil sea is 500 meters from the Condominium. At 1.5 km, Barra do Sahy beach, with its charming river and small church, you can take boat trips to 'The islands'. and Juquehy Beach, with great infrastructure, restaurants, shops, bars, etc... for family outings.

A praia está a 450 m! O valor da diária é para duas pessoas. A casa tem 55 m: sala de estar, copa e cozinha integradas, quarto de casal e banheiro no térreo, escada Santos Dumont para o mezanino, com duas camas de solteiro e colchão de casal. Fica em pequeno condomínio, piscina de uso comum. Por um lado, hospedagem “old school” não possui: TV, microondas, roupa de cama, banho; por outro tem Wifi (450 mega), ar condicionado (térreo), guarda-sol e cadeiras.
