Stay was great! Very attentive host and home exactly as advertised. Quality mattresses, pillows and bedding! The site is in one of the most beautiful parts of the dam and away from the mess! Place to rest with the family. Highlight for helper that was a note 10!

The stay was great. We were greeted with a table set - with cake and bread, the house super organized and clean, and it was all according to the description and photos. Sanmya has been communicable all the time, sent us clear instructions and tips. I highly recommend it!

All perfect, the quick check in the house was impeccably clean and organized. The kitchen is complete, even cheese bread we managed to make because it had airfryer. My dog loved it, ran, joked. Fully private place, a delight!

It was perfect, everything was great, from the accommodations to the equipment. If I could, I wouldn't return home, but since I didn't have that option, what could I do? The only thing I didn't have was a trash bag, but I didn't read the contract to see if it was listed there that I had to bring one, but it's okay because it was very good and the only thing missing was the sun.

The housewife who lives with the Maria family was also very kind and gave all the support we needed in the house. The house is the same as the photos, excellent layout, large and beautiful pool and the Jacuzzi even after shutting down the engine remained warm for hours. The house is equipped, so we had no difficulty in making food etc. They also fit a lot of cars. We love your stay!

A quiet and delicious place to rest with lots of green, noisy creek, spacious balcony and privacy! We spent most of the time outside the house enjoying nature and at night it was still possible to warm us up at the stake and relax in the (huge) hot tub that worked well. Leticia was very kind and attentive, responding to us quickly. We love our stay!

The stay at Rodrigo's place was exceptional! From the reception with coffee, bread and cake, to the impeccable cleanliness and organization of the environment. The house offers soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, towels and mineral water, as well as a well-equipped kitchen with quality utensils. The rooms are comfortable, with air-conditioning, and the common areas have fans and various entertainment options. We traveled with two medium-sized dogs who felt at home; although the Jacuzzi was off-limits for them, we brought a mini pool so they could have fun. My parents were delighted with everything! Check-in and check-out were flexible, and the care with which the house is maintained, especially by the person responsible for cleaning, is evident. Sanmya and Rodrigo are exceptional hosts. I recommend this accommodation; it's worth every penny. The listing description does not do justice to the excellence of the accommodation. The amount charged is more than fair for the experience.

Spacious, clean and complete house. Beautiful view without nearby houses, which made us very comfortable. Hosts are always very helpful and considerate. We love and rest a lot.

All according to listing. Great contact with nature, amid fruit trees, garden and the singing of the roosters. Quiet and safe place. For those who like to cook, the kitchen is well equipped and spacious. Mr. Renato gave us good tips for walking and eating and the homemade always very helpful.

I spent the weekend with part of my family and on Sunday we had guests over for our baby's gender reveal tea party. Patrícia left the house impeccable, was super helpful, polite and helped us with all the details. The space served us perfectly, everything was working, we were able to enjoy it even with a little rain. We highly recommend the space for small events and family gatherings.

We stayed last week, stayed for two days, but we could have stayed longer, that we still had something to do and get to know. Super attentive Marta, we arrived the night at the house, and what brought us a delicious feeling, came and the house was lit, the rooms with clarity of the lamp... table set with a delicious, super cozy cake. That house that said: We were waiting for you! Marta told us a place to eat, and everything we needed during the stay. I demonstrated a concern regarding the unprotected fishing lake because of my child, and she was ready to attend. Indico muitoooo!!! Mr. Zé too, very attentive and ready to answer us... without words.

It was a wonderful weekend. The house and the accommodations are more than expected in the photos, it's beautiful, but in person it's a thousand times better. Extremely clean house with attention to detail to bring comfort and well-being to guests, the space is large and very well divided with many things to do day and night. We will definitely be back. I spent this weekend at Luis' place, it was extraordinary our stay. At the entrance of the condominium we were met with great zeal by a team that takes care of the security, with this we are certain that we would be very well guarded. When we arrived at the house, it is much more beautiful than the pictures. Luis and family congratulations for the house, we feel extremely comfortable as if it were our home. Everything was impeccable! spacious rooms and bathrooms equipped kitchen, quality crockery. The extremely inviting room, with fireplace games and books. We spent a delíciosa night. For me the best part, the balcony and the backyard, we delighted with a tasty barbecue, the kids had a lot of fun in the pool and went crazy with the real treehouse. The waterfall trail is right in the back of the house and is easily accessible for a walk. We bike on the lake trail that is wonderful. There was a feirinha on Saturday with pastel pamonha and churros.

Incredible place, much more beautiful in person, the rustic house and its details enchanted us, everything was very clean and organized. Host Celise and Camila were super attentive, as well as the homemade Fausto who welcomed us very well, as well as being very friendly and helpful. We had a few minor issues, but nothing that could hinder our stay. The great differential was the lake, we caught several fish, this we surprised a lot, the children were delighted with the size of the fish, some had never caught before and succeeded, we enjoyed day and night, we had a great time! Certainly a place to return to another time.

Guys, you can rent without fear. The Chácara is wonderful. Just like the pictures. Everything was very clean and well maintained, bed linen and towels all smelled good, bathrooms extremely clean and the whole house clean and organized. Outdoor area all clean, pool and grass. Comfortable beds and sofas too. A thank you to the caretaker Pedro, as he was very attentive and helpful to us. The farm is easily accessible, we arrived without any difficulty. I returned for sure.

What a wonderful place! A large house, which exceeded our expectations. I must comment that the place is much more beautiful than advertised here on AIRBNB. Our experience was wonderful, where the whole family had fun, the children spent the day playing ball and playing in the pool, while the adults enjoyed the pool. Nature is the main view, from dawn to dusk. The night is beautiful, great for having a glass of wine and chatting with the family. We already wanted to live there 🥹😆 The owner always asked, passing on all the information, we even got bananas from Alexandre's father (we ate everything).🥰 Alexandre, we loved visiting your property and we are already making plans to return.🙏🙌

The house has soul and the walls tell the stories! The house is extremely cozy for a large number of guests. We spent pleasant days accompanied by all the beauty of nature, peace and ranch climate! The messages scattered around the house and the whole positive vibe magnifies the experience! The site brings the memory of a simple life without being simplistic! The site deserves to be cared for and preserved, and I believe that some repairs are necessary such as the pool, the roof (not to use the red siding with the colored polyethylene) and the appliances and accessories of the outdoor kitchen deserve greater attention with the cleaning. We hired Luciana who cooked for us and it was great! Cida showed extreme kindness! All went well and our group loved it and we tune in to the vibe of love and healing!

I spent incredible days, along with family and friends, the super pleasant place, very welcoming and cozy. Sr Henrique was super cordial, he has wonderful homemakers, we had more contact with Mrs. Eliane who was always wonderful very attentive. As for the space is the same described if it is not better, very beautiful the surroundings, being able to make a fire was amazing for adults and children. I'll be back as soon as I can.

The place is amazing, exactly what we were looking for, very interior, contact with the perfect nature, wonderful pool, everything very clean, Dona Olívia, owner of the space, extremely helpful, presented us with the local commerce and always helped us a lot. I would like to exalt once again that I never imagined that just a few minutes from São Paulo, we could have such close contact with Nature, fauna and lush flora. We will return for sure.
