The annex has 2 beds and a wood stove and views directly out on the water and the surrounding nature. The cabin is an old restored forest house with atmosphere. Here you just have to open the doors and nature comes into the living room.

The accommodation is located in beautiful surroundings close to nature and in a living agricultural environment with sheep, chickens, cows and cats. The area and home are very child-friendly. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood, half an hour from Sørlandsparken and Kristiansand Zoo by car. Bus to Kristiansand leaves from Vennesla station (about 5 min walking distance) 2 times an hour during the day and takes about 20 minutes. It is 10 minutes by car to Setesdalsbanen and great hiking opportunities in the surrounding area. Walking distance to the salmon-bearing part of the river Otra.

The cottage is surrounded by lush nature with hiking opportunities in the area, and by the lake just below the cottage you can sail, fish and swim. It is possible to rent a boat with an electric motor. Paddleboards and canoes are free.

Here you live in a small vegetable production garden at the edge of the forest, close to swimming areas in the river, lake and forest lake. 15 min from Kristiansand Zoo and shopping center, 20 minutes from Kristiansand city center. 5 minutes to a local store with fresh bread every day - also on Sunday! Relax here with the whole family, and the cat Jens will take care of you. Jens and I take care of the garden and greenhouse on a daily basis. This is a modern cabin from 2022, with good sunny conditions. The area is a great arena for skiing in the winter, with slopes on either side of the cabin. People work there to make sure the slopes are in top condition. In the summer there are a lot of places to go hiking, with 10 mountain tops nearby. There are also a lot of activites nearby (15-20 min drive - nearby Evje) where you can go to an amusement park, look at minerales and drive Go-kart. The cabin is a great place for relaxation.

Det er opparbeidet merkede turløyper rundt hyttefeltet, samt badestrand med stupebrett og flytebrygge. Flott utmark for å plukke vill sopp og bær på sensommer og høst. Mulighet for å fiske i fjorden.
