Lovely comfortable, well equipped home. John and Dorothy were really friendly and welcoming hosts. nothing was too much trouble. Breakfasts were delicious.

Loved my stay at the Grove House. Emma is very kind, cooks a delicious breakfast and makes sure everything else is well looked after. I enjoyed our conversations and she has good hiking recommendations which proved helpful to me. The place has a very friendly feel and access is easy. The room is very well kept and pretty in decor, the location is very convenient for access to the village center, I was there for 2 nights and will definitely come again!

I booked this on behalf of my mother who actually stayed. She could not fault Catherine and her hospitality. 5*s all round! Great welcome, spotlessly clean house and room and a delicious dinner. Catherine went above and beyond to ensure my mother was super comfortable. Really great place to stay!!

The room felt like I was in a hotel. Shampoo, Shower Gel ready, teas and coffees and milk. Was a great place to stay at. Pete was super helpful and proactive with communication.

John and Steph are a hard-working couple doing their best to provide an exceptional stay for everyone! We were not disappointed and The Tower is steeped in history! We stayed in the front tower room, which was grandiose with enormously tall ceilings and with a lot of character. The breakfasts were amazing too! All in all we really enjoyed our stay and our visits out to the Welsh countryside… Thanks very much for looking after us so well 😊

Once we found the house everything was really good. It was clean and very comfortable. The bed was comfortable and the linen fresh and nice. Lovely to have a sitting room where we could relax. Recommendation for the evening meal was well worth the effort to get there. The Hare, Fardon. Anne was very welcoming and helpful

Genuinely one of the best stays I’ve ever had. The place was spotless and had everything you could need. The simple little things make a big difference, like the firm shower pressure (also appreciate a simple-to-operate shower), luxury bedsheets and pillows, temperature control, cute window views, feeling safe, easy parking on premises, seamless checkin etc. Jeanette was also so lovely it felt like being taken care of by family - she made me a packed breakfast for my sunrise hike, looked out for my return as a solo hiker and overall made me feel like I was at home, but still respecting the space and privacy I needed. Breakfast was also very tasty and cooked to order. Location was perfect, quick walk to Betws-y-coed, it was close enough but not right in the centre so it’s peaceful and quiet, right by the river with some lovely walks. If I’m coming back to Snowdonia I will definitely come here to stay again!

Stokyn Hall is an interesting and beautiful place to stay. Llinos is friendly and informative. The heritage centre nearby is fascinating and great for children. Talacre beach is worth the drive. We highly recommend.

This place is better than a 5 star! We felt very pampered from the expansive breakfast to the large bathroom to the beautiful garden. Julianne has thought of everything you need for a relaxed and carefree visit. It's an easy walk to anywhere in town, but is in a quiet location.

From start to finish Jane was a fabulous host,responded immediately to messages, guided us through the last part of our journey when we got a bit lost, our accommodation was privately accessible but she was still available when needed, she went above and beyond what you would expect from a host,she advised on local pubs for us to choose from for our evening meal and she even dropped us off and picked us up !! The bed was comfy and we had a fab night's sleep and the next morning she made us a beautiful full English breakfast served in her dining room,we felt she was a 100% excellent host whilst we where there,there is nothing she could have done better and would definitely recommend the b&b side of her business which is fairly new, im sure she is going to succeed with this just as much as her cottage and apartment also situated in the grounds of her home and we would definitely go back Thankyou Jane for all you did for us especially the extra little touches Paul and Rachael

We had a lovely stay for three nights. Julianne was really welcoming and helpful and our rooms were comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was generous and it was great to have access to the dining room to use in the evening (and other times) when we wanted to. The city centre was easily walkable and it was also easy to get out by car to other places that we wanted to visit.

What an absolute delight. Julie was amazing and so good with our dog. Even put on some music and gave him a toy while we were out. Amazing person, amazing stay. Thank you so much

Well, if I could give more than 5 stars, I would. We had all we needed and so much more. The loft was large, modern with snacks. Breakfast was help yourself, wow what a choice. Location was the best, a very short stroll round the corner to tunnel train across the Mercey, to Liverpool. Alice was generous and must more than a standard airbnb. We loved our stay, for The Boss concert. Highly recommend.

I stayed with Eileen for 3 nights. I found Eileen very friendly, welcoming, helpful and extremely accommodating ❤️ I would definitely stay there again, 1 of the best hosts I have ever stayed with. She gave me some great advice to make the most of my time there. Thank you Eileen for making me feel at home and for everything you did for me ❤️

We stayed in the Forge which is a lovely stone annexe to the main house, luxuriously appointed and very comfortable. We were visiting our daughter at Edge Hill uni and this was the perfect base. Janet was also very helpful in helping us get various things sorted out for our daughter, going way beyond to assist. The breakfast is delicious with plenty of tasty, wholesome options. We will stay here again, and look forward to our next visit.

Lovely room, beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. I left very early in the morning so missed breakfast but it looked like a great choice. Really great stay!

It was a very pleasant experience staying here. Very clean & amenities provided. 1-2 min walk to convenient stores nearby. Would definitely stay here again!

Wendy has a beautiful home that she keeps in tip top shape. We had a great stay, especially with a dog. Wendy was very welcoming and left us to our own devices to explore the local area, with good driving distance to the Peaks.

I had a lovely stay at Rhian's comfortable house! Rhian was always quick to respond each time and provided very clear instructions so the communication was very easy. The room is warm and cozy, and the bathroom is equipped with everything you'd need and kept impeccably clean. The house is situated amongst the hills and has a great view outside. Although I didn't have a perfect sunny time while I was there, it was still lovely. I'd recommend her place definitely.
