Big, beautiful home for a large gathering. Decorated the summer house for my daughter's 21st which was lovely. Lovely garden with furniture and hot tub. Plenty of bathrooms. Had a lovely stay

Great value for money stayed with family and we made great use of the leisure facilities which are excellent. The location is great as it’s near lots of attractions and great for walking lots within walking distance too we loved exploring the area via the woods. There are a couple of pubs a fantastic park and a McDonalds only a few minutes walk. The accommodation is basic but modern and clean.

Decent little find this, four bed house tucked away in a quiet housing area. Easy to check in at the leisure centre for the keys, didn't use the facility but they do a decent well priced brekki. House is clean, beds are comfy and the shower runs hot. Jobs a good one for a couple of nights, would recommend.

Perfect stay for a friends wedding. Issue with the wifi was resolved quickly. Thank you, would stay again

Great for a 2 night get away with my kids.

Very unique and historic property. We had everything we needed for our weekend stay. The garden and the pool are fantastic addition. The sitting area by the river is romantic spot to have a glass of wine. Catherine was very kind to offer to put out a tent in the garden and kids loved it. And the plus is that you have Saxon mill next door, if you fancy eating out, which offers delicious breakfast lunch and dinner. Warwick town is about 30 minutes walk and nearby shop it’s about 10 minutes walk. Thank you, we have made great memories and our friends and children enjoyed every moment.

Second time here , and would use again in future. Used Muns place to have a bridal shower. Home was beautiful. Host was very responsive. Plenty of space to have an intimate gathering. Pictures truely are accurate. Thanks for everything ✌🏽

I'm an estate agent so I've seen my fair share of good, bad and ugly properties. Myself and colleagues were in town for a work conference at Eastside Rooms. The property was immaculate, spacious, ideal for sharers with the additional bathrooms, and Darren was very informative before, during and after. Ideal for professional stays.

My husband, two kids and I stayed at Mizan's place while visiting family and we had such a great stay. The house is just lovely and has everything you need - it's very comfortable and kid friendly. The location is convenient and close to shops. Thank you for hosting us!

Perfect place for a larger group. Plenty of free on street parking, not a particularly busy road so felt cars were safe. Very clean. Overall one of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed at.

Lovely responsive host and lovely house!

A spacious house for groups of people, clean, tidy and very comfortable. Everything was spotless and all amenities and utensils are provided in the kitchen. There is enough space for parking which is very rare in most cities. The environment is also very quiet. I will definitely recommend this house for anyone visiting Birmingham or nearby areas. Lovely place to stay, easy check in and check out. Clear, accurate instructions. Zafreen responded to any messages sent quickly and was very helpful. 2 parking spots available which was great, one out the back and on street parking at the front door. Is a busy street so alittle noise from traffic but that was it really. Fantastic stay and would definitely recommend.

The house was spotless, the attention to detail and decor was really well thought out. Alexis was always on hand for any issues when we needed him. Brilliant house and great value for money.

The apartment was stunning and impeccably clean, located in a fantastic area in Solihull with excellent transport links, restaurants, shops, and more nearby. The host went above and beyond to ensure every need was met. If you’re planning to book in Solihull, this place is undoubtedly at the top of my list!

Honestly can not fault this place. We stayed here for a month with my family and we felt right at home. Mo is a great host and the house genuinely felt like home and had everything we could ask for (i kid you not, he had the house stocked up with everything you’d ever want and think of using from pots/pans/kitchen spices to hair shampoo and conditioner!) Because we stayed for a month we had alot of laundry and unfortunately the dryer at the house wasnt drying well. When this was mentioned to Mo, he went and bought a portable one and had it delivered right away for us. If you’re considering staying here and reading this review please do not hesitate and book right away!

We couldn't have chosen a more perfect location for the team and myself who were creating a show garden border at the NEC for BBC Gardeners world live. It was a real home from home. Cosy, comfy, quiet and exceptionally clean. The space for parking three cars on the drive was ideal. The house allowed us all to have our own space to relax and socialise. Nisreen was an excellent host. The only thing we found missing were teatowels in the kitchen and maybe a towel in each bathroom in addition to our individual towels. That said, I cannot recommend this highly enough. It perfectly suited all of our needs and without a doubt we would stay again if we were to return. Thankyou ever so much! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
