Il Grottino

The "grottino" (NL-00003565) is a small independent house consisting of two rooms: on the ground floor the living area with a small kitchen and a bathroom with a shower, on the first floor the sleeping area with a double bed. It can only accommodate two adults, a private parking space is available a few meters away. There's no TV. Quiet and sunny area, surrounded by greenery with a large garden for guests. 16 km from Lake Lugano, 12 km from Bellinzona and 25 km from Locarno.

Casa Berlinda, The detached rustic south-facing on a large forest and meadow property ensures comfort and well-being through the charming combination of rustic elements with modern comforts (all rooms have underfloor heating, shower bath and kitchen). The house is very quiet and you can reach it in about 7 minutes' walk uphill from the private parking lot or on foot from the public parking lot in Canedo in about 15 minutes on a flat path. There is no direct car access.

In the Stalla Borla 11 you can relax, soak up the sun and enjoy the proximity to nature. Direct access to hiking, biking and bike paths is ideal for the athletic among you. Perfect place for a family vacation: away from busy roads, close to nature & forest. Winter also has its charm in Borla: the sun can also shine on the shortest day of the year from 10 am to 4 pm. In the snow, eventful snowshoe tours are possible directly from the house.
