Close to the lake (1.5 km), Bordeaux Merignac (45 mins), Arcachon Dune du Pilat (35 mins) and 100 m from the bike path (SANGUINET/Biscarrosse) Cottage for 3 people, adjoining the main house, NOT ACROSS from the owners, and the terrace area is private as well a reserved parking space. The gîte comprises: - A bedroom with a 160 cm bed and - A mezzanine with a 90 cm bed. -Bathroom with sink, toilet, shower cubicle and storage cabinet (+ hair dryer). - A living room with 3-seater sofa, TV, and WiFi. - Equipped kitchen, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, Senseo coffee maker, dishes, etc. - A pantry, with fridge-freezer, microwave, and storage. - A private covered terrace not overlooked by the owner, including table and 4 chairs, as well as a swing for two, a barbecue and a relaxation area... - A parking space (closed at night) THINGS TO DO Walking, horseback riding and cycling. Let me introduce you to my little haven of peace and comfort, located at the end of a cul-de-sac, 500 meters from the beaches of the Atlantic Ocean, near a bike path and shops, with reserved parking. On the ground floor, there is a living room that opens onto a fully equipped kitchen and a veranda overlooking a small, fully equipped, enclosed garden (with a table and sun lounger), all without overlooking neighbors, as well as a bedroom, bathroom, and toilet. Upstairs, there are two separate bedrooms with the option of a travel crib.

The house is in a child friendly and quiet location very close to the lake and 20km to the atlantic ocean. Right for spending summer holidays, for meeting a big family in a spacious house and for making parties indoor and outdoor. The style of the house is characteristic to the region’s country houses: Chimney, a personal touch in the interior, large natural finish garden, terrace and balcony! As we enjoy our holidays away from the daily routine we deliberately don´t have wi-fi/TV in our house.

Located within the Biscar'Ose property in Biscarrosse Bourg, the “Cocon” is a charming little 40 m² house, carefully decorated and rated 3* by the tourist office. It consists of an equipped kitchen and a living room with a queen-size bed, a sitting area, a desk, a bathroom with a double shower, and a separate toilet. Perfect for a couple (not really suitable for children), but it can still accommodate a baby: contact us to arrange this option. Wellness treatments on site.
