Let me introduce you to my little haven of peace and comfort, located at the end of a cul-de-sac, 500 meters from the beaches of the Atlantic Ocean, near a bike path and shops, with reserved parking. On the ground floor, there is a living room that opens onto a fully equipped kitchen and a veranda overlooking a small, fully equipped, enclosed garden (with a table and sun lounger), all without overlooking neighbors, as well as a bedroom, bathroom, and toilet.
