Apartment at the back of the house in a '70s villa. Convenient location for visiting all of Puglia. Airport 10 minutes by taxi, Bari motorway 5 minutes by car. Public Transport: Bus stop to and from the city centre on the same block. Train station: 11 minutes on foot. Supermarkets, shops, pizzerias, restaurants, ice cream shops, etc. all within easy walking distance. It's not a B&B, it's a private flat at back of the house where my family and I live (according to Italian law: short term rental).

The villa is located in a quiet and serene countryside area 15 minutes from the Apulian capital and 20 minutes from the sea. You'll love my place for these reasons: the atmosphere, the outdoor spaces and the location. My apartment is suitable for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families (with children) and furry friends (pets). N.B: The swimming pool can be used from June to September. In the villa, there is a couple of caretakers and my parents in different apartments

Just 1.5 km from the center, Torre Gigliano was built in the 12th century at the foot of the Murge plateau, surrounded by an expanse of olive trees in the countryside of Ruvo di Puglia, a town rich in history. Used as a watchtower and astronomical observatory, the residence is enriched by a one-of-a-kind and extraordinarily beautiful stone spiral staircase. The fruits of a small organic vegetable garden and orchard are available to guests depending on the current season.

A charming villa with a pool, surrounded by centuries-old greenery, located less than 10 minutes from Bari Karol-Wojtyla International Airport and 1 km from Santo Spirito Station. Great location for sightseeing. The apartment located in the villa offers two double bedrooms, two sofa beds and two bathrooms, one of which is suitable for the disabled. Outside, a charming citrus grove leads to the pool area, equipped with sun loungers, umbrellas, table, and chairs.

It has private parking and is ideal for relaxing/entertaining stays immersed in the Apulian countryside as a couple, family or group of friends. Three bedrooms and a sofa bed give the possibility of hosting up to 9 persons.

Vicoloterzo suite is located in the quiet and desired neighborhood of Palese, in an ancient building with pavilion vaults. The search for materials and the accurate design are combined in a one-of-a-kind suite, with a 2-meter HAFRO Idro Massage tub. The air-conditioned suite has a 55”flat screen TV, a large private bathroom with bidet and large shower. A minibar, coffee machine with a kettle function, and a workstation are also available for guests.
