We had a lovely stay, we thoroughly enjoyed it. Great property, felt right at home and had everything we needed, loved the decor! Private area, but still a short drive to nearest town/things to do. Lovely location, especially for our dog!

We enjoyed our stay at Helen's accommodation. The accommodation was clean and comfortable and had everything we required. It was nice to have scones on arrival and we enjoyed seeing the donkeys. The location is a mile walk into the centre of Barnstaple and easy to get onto the North Devon coast by car.

We came for a birthday celebration, as a family of 4 (2 grown up kids) it’s a great space, everyone gets their own double bed! Really clean, kitchen has everything you need if you want to eat in. Balcony views and the hot tub made it feel extra special. There was a number of beach towels which was great. The welcome basket of scones with jam and cream went down a treat, thank you!

suited my family as we were at our daughters wedding and could all sleep in the one house. very clean house , very convenient to have it's own parking space. very comfy beds.
