Was very happy with the house! It was perfect for my family, loved the location, was definitely away enough from the crowds for some peace and relaxation but close enough to everything we wanted to do. Highly recommend.

My brother and I came down for the OCMD air show which was unfortunately cancelled but luckily we had this place to stay at! The location was great for the two of us and we easily could have had another person, or two, comfortably. You cannot beat waking up to the bay view! Would definitely recommend or stay again for a return trip. Thanks Corey!

I had such a wonderful stay at this small suite in Berlin, MD! The space was exactly as described—immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and incredibly cozy. It was the perfect size for a solo traveler or couple, with thoughtful touches throughout like a comfy bed, soft linens, a mini-fridge, and a coffee station that made mornings easy. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to Berlin’s charming downtown, with great cafes, shops, and restaurants. And it was only about 15 minutes to Ocean City, so I got the best of both worlds: beach during the day, and quiet, relaxing evenings back at the suite. David & Mandi were amazing—super responsive and welcoming, with great local recommendations. Check-in was smooth, and I felt in the loop the entire time. I’d highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway close to the beach, with small-town charm and all the comforts you need.

We enjoyed our stay here. Our older dog was going through chemo for cancer, and we made this trip for dog friendly spot. The lab loves water and the beach. It was nice having a fenced in yard. The host was very responsive. The house was well stocked. The kitchen was well stocked. The neighborhood was quiet. We would definitely stay here again.
