Comfortable cottage 2 hours from Paris, south of Puisaye and 20 minutes from the medieval site of Guédelon, the castle of St Fargeau and its historical shows, the Colette museum in St-Sauveur as well as the vineyards of Pouilly, Sancerre, Ménetou-salon, It is in a hamlet near the village of Perroy, 5 km from Donzy and its shops and 20 km from Cosne-sur-Loire that we have set up this independent cottage, with its private garden in an old farmhouse of the 18th and 19th centuries.

We rent our beautiful country house, located 10 minutes from Saint Amand en Puisaye, in the Nièvre. change of scenery guaranteed! Supermarket 10 min drive, bakery and excellent butcher/caterer in the village 2 min drive (or walk along pretty paths in 30 min) Lots of activities and places to discover in the area!

Manor Flower Cottage

The cottage is located on the property of a 16th century manor, in a wine region close to La Charité sur Loire, Pouilly sur Loire, Sancerre... Equipped with a separate entrance, it has its own garden and adjoining laundry room. Completely restored we have decorated it by chinant and working with local materials. The ground floor includes a living room with kitchenette and shower room. The room is on a mezzanine level. Enjoy the peace and quiet and greenery!

Located in the immediate vicinity of the medieval site of Guédelon (30 minutes walk by a pretty path through the forest/ 6 minutes by car), the old Martins farm is nestled in the heart of the Puisaye, a land of water, greenery and forest. It is a typical poyaudine construction made of purple sandstone and ocher plaster. In one of the buildings, a cottage welcomes lovers of peace and quiet and unspoiled nature. Family home. Ping pong. This master house shares its courtyard with an oil mill in Donzy and its charm will not leave you indifferent. It is majestically situated on the river. We recently renovated it, preserving its authenticity and character, it will be ideal for a few days with family or friends, close to Pouilly and Sancerre, close to the Château de Guédelon. 5 large bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a friendly living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 beautiful terraces. This cottage is equipped with all the comforts for a perfect stay: it is composed of a small living room with kitchen equipped with armchairs and TV. It has a bathroom with large shower and separate toilet, two bedrooms with individual TVs and an outdoor courtyard.
